Gonna start doing one meal and one snack a day plus a low cal drink like coffee or tea. I think that's what I tend to lose the most weight doing, I can't go too under or too over, just gotta coast around 700-800 calories till next month when I need to REALLY start cutting down cals.

I'm really hoping to lose ATLEAST 15 pounds by then so I'm on a budget of 700-800cals. I've done it before I can do it again. I am not showing my face if I pull up 133lbs. Not doing it. 🙂 Not eating is so easy why do I choose to hurt myself with food. I'm at 133+lbs right now. Holy FUCK. I'm used to being 115-120.
New thing: not eating dinner ✨
It always gets me when we have huge plates of ribs and shit so I'ma just have late lunch and that's it. If I eat breakfast I always binge on dinner so no food before or after.

Binged so hard I went up to 128lbs. OMFGGGG. Okay anyways I'm back on track now, hi. Hope y'all have been okay, probably not but I always have open DMS if your 18+ so feel free if you need someone to vent to or whatever.
New rules for myself are:
Eating window 2-6pm.
750 calories MAX.
Listen to subliminals daily.
Workout fr at least once a week.
No more big lunches for college.
Finish dinner/eating by 6. If I don't it leads onto binges.
Stop thinking about what I CAN eat.

Been on track for 4 days! I'm steadily loosing the fat. Been eating about 450-700 calories for dinner only. It works best for me :P
Starting college soon, I HAVE to be at least 115lbs by that time.

Alright, we're back on track starting today. I have until the 27th to lose as much weight as possible. I just can't binge. No nighttime snacking fr. Everyday if I have 200 in the morning 600 at night or just 800 in one go that's fine, but no snacks don't buy them don't smell them don't look at them, nothing. It's gonna be hard but I've done 4x the work this will be. I'm so tired of seeing and feeling the weight slowly creep on it's disgusting. I'm done.

Hella nervous for Christmas morning, my bf's family does a big French toast, sugary, buttery breakfast. I'm gonna try my best to eat a little bit, and then not have anything else during the day, but I feel like I'm gonna slip and that leads into "well Christmas was yesterday I deserve this chocolate." Like no, no you don't. I'm just glad my family isn't having a Christmas dinner anymore because that would've been actual insanity.

I've been so out of control lately. I'm back up to 123.8lbs. I'm so disappointed in myself. Shits gonna change starting today. I'm gonna stop eating dinner because I'm like a dog and I wait for that shit so heavily that when I eat it's not enough and I binge. My T especially has been making me super snacky and I haven't been doing anything since it's cold so that definitely contributes. My willpower has gotten actually so bad. Back on my high res today☕ Wish me luck with these mf 25lbs, I will get this fat off me.
