Summary: it’s just Jack being so madly in love with y/n to the point where people have to snap him out of his little trance during his interviews with her.

”And so yeah playing Callie in Scream six was definitely an experience. It’s the first big movie I play a character in, in fact it’s the first movie I’ve ever played a character in so it really is a big deal.”

The h/c girl answered as the interviewer asked questions “oh wow, is it really? Like are you proud and happy?” the interviewer asked, y/n smiled and nodded her head.

“oh definitely I’m super proud and happy I really am I’ve always dreamed of acting in movies and here’s my dream. Finally coming true” once again for what seemed like the 20th time the interviewer nodded her head.

“ok Jack this question is for you. What was it like working with the cast during the filming of scream six?”

“Jack?”

Y/n looked at Jack who was looking at her no wait. Admiring her. “Jack.” She said as she laughed and pushed him slightly, snapping him out of his trance. “Oh..sorry what was your question?” Jack says blushing deeply as he finally looked away from Y/n.

“She was just asking what it was like to work with the cast” Y/n says smiling at him. Jack nodded “ohhh, um yeah it was really fun everyone got along and everything like Y/n said it definitely was an experience.” He says nodding as he smiled.

“Well that’s great to hear. Ok everyone that’s a wrap. Once again Jack, Y/n thank you so much for agreeing to do this interview with us.” The interviewer says as she shakes Jack and Y/n’s hands.

As the pair walked out of the building Y/n couldn’t help but feel curious as to why he was staring at her. “Hey Jack?” She says as she walked next to him he hummed in response looking up from his phone. “Yeah? What’s up?”

“well earlier you were staring at me like…a lot and I was wondering if you were ok or there was anything on my face” Y/n says as she chuckled. Jack could feel his cheeks get warm as she questioned his previous behaviour. “um well…I was just- um…” He sighs giving up. “I was just…admiring? You.” Y/n raised an eyebrow and asked him what he meant “Well you just sounded so confident with your answers and stuff I couldn’t help but admire you while you were speaking and I don’t usually get like that with other people. It’s like you always hold me in a trance that I can’t snap out of when you speak. I think…Y/n you can say no but I just want you to know that I think I like you…and I’d like for you to go out with me not as friends as in like a um…”

“a date?” Y/n asked blushing slightly. Jack nodded waiting for her answer. “Jack i’d love to…”

Y/n’s phone kept beeping as people kept liking and commenting on her post of Jack. If she had known this would’ve been the outcome she would not have posted that she sighed as she played with Jacks soft brown locks and she kisses his fore head. Jack was once again currently asleep as she had just finished reading to him.

“baby..you’re phone is too loud…” Jack said as he gets disturbed by the notifications from Y/n’s phone, he snuggles closer to Y/n’s side and drapes one of his strong arms over her stomach hugging her tightly. Y/n turns the ringer off her phone so it wouldn’t disturb Jack and she kisses his forehead once again mumbling an apology for the loud noise.

“baby?” Jack asked looking up at Y/n who was still reading her book.

“yes?” She says as she looked down to meet his eyes. “Can you please keep reading for me?” Y/n smiled and giggled as she nods and starts to read to him making Jack fall asleep once again in his girlfriends loving arms…
