내 생각을 상대방에게 이해하고 수긍할 수 있게 전달하는 능력을 배우지 못했다

상대방이 내 생각의 오류나 약점을 지적하는 기회를 자주 접하지 못했다

아는것이 많기 때문에 내 생각이 옳다고 생각한다

생각전달 능력을 갖추지 못했기 때문에 상대방이 내 생각을 이해하고 수긍하지 못한다

상대방이 내 생각의 오류를 지적하는 낯선 상황에 처하면 감정적인 적개심이 앞선다
