MAIN / #A DEAL WITH THE DEVIL , SEASONS 3 & 4. the brothers continue hunting down demons & other various creatures while looking for a way to break dean's crossroads deal. i focus on four plot points throughout this verse: 1. looking for a way to break dean's deal, 2. dean's death, the period that follows, & his eventual resurrection, 3. the attempt to stop the breaking of the 66 seals & lucifer's rising, & 4. his relationship with ruby.
SECONDARY / #PLAY YOUR ROLE , SEASON 5. there are three main plot points in this verse: 1. the attempt to stop the apocalypse, 2. their plans to put lucifer back in his cage, & 3. avoiding the roles assigned to them by heaven & hell.
TERTIARY / #IT'S IN YOUR BLOOD , SEASONS 1 & 2. sam's reluctantly pulled back into the family business by his brother, dean, after the disappearance of their dad & the death ( killed in the same manner as his mom ) of his girlfriend, jess. this verse has two main plot points: 1. the winchester's cross country travels, cases, & eventual reunion with / subsequent loss of their father & 2. their hunt for the yellow-eyed demon.
