Interview experience 2
First, I adjusted the speed of the opening movie effects, slowing it down for better viewing.
Second, on the advice of my teacher, I shortened the third question to reduce the number of words making it more readable and easier to read through the questions in a certain amount of time.
In addition, since the boys' voices were low, causing them to sound muffled, I boosted the volume on all of the boys' and turned on audio noise reduction.
Eventually, I added a closing section to improve the interactivity of the interview video.

I think this photo has a sense of atmosphere that best suits my theme and is also more harmonious with the first two posters, with a refreshing style.
The effect of a beam of sunlight hitting the hair also makes the whole picture vivid. In addition, the background of this photo is relatively clean, compared to the clutter of the others.
I also made three forms of adjustments to the placement of the Chinese text, and finally decided that placing the text at the bottom was the best. This way, the Chinese text can be read more clearly and the poster is clean as a whole.

After talking with the teacher and discussing with my classmates, I added boxes on the poster to put the text on the boxes to make it easier to read.
Another is to add font shading, in order to make the text with similar colors clear on the picture as well.
In the class, the students said to separate out the characters and set the rest to a single base color so that there would be more capacity to place text.
But I think my poster theme is not suitable for such a design, because "love at first sight" needs the atmosphere of the complete photo to create the theme.

Since the style of the previous poster 3 was not consistent with the first two, I chose to redo the poster 3.
In order to differentiate the format of the poster from the previous ones, my major idea was to present a blank space at the bottom of the poster.
I tried many different kinds of photos, in order to find the most suitable for the theme.

Interview experience
I chose English, Chinese and Japanese speaking partners to complete this interview with in order to gather the opinions of interviewees from different cultures on the topic of love at first sight.
I chose a total of four interviewees who gave their different opinions on three questions.
The three questions of the interview were
·Do you believe in love at first sight?
·Have you ever experienced love at first sight?
·Do you think the emotion of love at first sight is profound?
To create a vintage feel, I adjusted the tones of the video, adjusting the brightness to -14 and the highlights to -7.
To enhance the sense of story and memory, I set the introductory part of the film as a film photo.

People will buy many items to decorate this feeling when they generate love.
Couples will add new items full of sweet life to prove the existence of the relationship.
So, is the emotion generated by love at first sight profound?
Do people really remember the relationship created at first sight?
That's what I thought when I designed the second version. That's why I chose a saturated and energetic look for the interior of the house, to bring the viewer's mind back to the once cozy cottage of two people.

The question "Do you think the emotion of love at first sight is profound" is deeper.
The first version of my poster was the most common, but when faced with this theme, I unexpectedly found that it was a good choice to present the big eyes in the center of the picture. Because people usually judge the honesty of each other by looking at their eyes.
This time the poster adds a circle of masking around the periphery of the character to achieve a collage effect.
The text part is different from the previous posters, using an asymmetrical state.

I innovated the layout of Poster two without changing the font and the setting of the three language expression issues.
Blue is a color with a vintage feel and a romantic touch.
I chose blue as the main tone of the picture, so the two pictures of the model at the beach became the visual center of the poster.
The first picture is half-body, because I think focusing on the model's eyes and side face is the way many movies and TV dramas show love.
The second one I used is a full body photo, putting the model and the sea in one picture at the same time, which has a sense of atmosphere. There is a sense of playfulness of a young girl, but also a sense of distance from the theme of love at first sight that wants to touch and be careful.

I created the first version of Poster two, based on the similar pattern of Poster one.
But I found it a bit too generic, even though a series of posters is all about consistency.
The same style makes poster two and poster one too similar to distinguish the two different issues well.

I re-found the model, she was good looking and possessed the feeling of a love at first sight heroine.
I used horizontal composition only this time when I made the poster, to keep it neat.
The two versions differ in the text above, one with disconnected words forming a sentence, the other directly presenting a sentence.
I also made two types with white borders, and I'm not sure which one shows better, so I didn't make a final choice.

I removed the background and planned the layout of the text differently.
But I always thought the picture was a bit strange.
Whether I change the composition to all horizontal or all vertical does not make the picture look harmonious.
In addition to the boy's face and the whole picture is not in good proportion, I choose to give up this picture.

I took a picture of a Japanese friend of mine in the dark.
He had his headphones on and the sky was a blue-purple color, very much in the ambiance of a Japanese drama.
So, I launched the design of the poster through this photo.
I used English, Chinese and Japanese to express "Do you believe in love at first sight".
Initially, the design was to create an interactive response underneath the poster by tearing off the answer you wanted, "yes" or "no" to show what the passerby thought.
But in the process of design, I found that this would destroy the color of the background and the coordination of the image, so I gave up this idea.

Is love at first sight real? 7 Facts You Didn't Know
This video tells a study from the Netherlands (Zsok, Haucke, De Wit, & Barelds, 2017) ,which surveyed nearly 400 men and women and came to the following conclusions:
Men are more likely to claim love at first sight than women.
Love at first sight isn’t always “reverse engineered”.
Love at first sight happens more with attractive people.
Love at first sight isn’t a two-way street.
It’s your past that makes your future.
You have many possible soulmates.
It’s part of your subconscious programming.
It’s often about what you lack.
Blame it on spontaneity and seduction.
It’s not really “love”.

"Do you believe in love at first sight?"
I love the topic of first love, but after reviewing the literature, I found that people are more emotionally self-aware about the topic.
For example, does first love make people believe in love; does the experience of first love make people remember it for a lifetime, etc. These questions can vary from person to person and lead to different results.
Therefore, it is difficult for me to know the relevant resources to support my topic.
In reading interviews about first love, I found that many people's first love came from love at first sight, so I changed the final question to "Do you believe in love at first sight? ".
In addition, I will use interview and photography to show what people in the Z-era think about love at first sight, including what they think are the pros and cons of the love at first sight model.

Is Love At First Sight A Real Thing?
When we love (or lust) at first sight we are actually placing our own idea of the person's characteristics through stereotypical evaluations. Thank the brain for that.
This video mentions that "Love at first sight can often mislead since it is based more on imagination than on sight, however, it can still be loved and is often very intense".
Experts have concluded that love at first sight is a strong form of romantic love.
This video draws on a wide range of literature and is sufficiently convincing.
This video has sparked numerous discussions about their own love at first sight experiences and expressed their thoughts on the reality of love at first sight.
Therefore, I think the discussion about love at first sight is a strong social discussion for people to find the true meaning of love in the discussion.

Tell Me About Your First Love...
This video interviewed many people about their first love, which triggered many people’s empathy and memories.
This video has two girls whose first love is a girl, which is also a positive transmission of gay love.
“I like that she zooms into their face, there is just something about people’s smiles, their face structure their eyes or even the things they may consider as flaws.”
This is a point of view in the comments. A very characteristic filming technique of this video is the large presentation of the interviewee's face. Although this is the way to present the interviewee's expression in a positive way, in my practice, I would choose a combination of close and far distance, shift the direction of the camera, etc., otherwise it may cause aesthetic fatigue.
“When you see the sun in the morning and you don’t see any clouds and you know it’s gonna be a good day, that’s how I feel.” Damn, is that a powerful quote!
In addition, this video has generated a high level of conversation. The social opinion effect generated by this video is exactly what I would ideally like.
