Please,help me retweet my post.
I am a professional digital marketer with years of experience and I have worked for many customers on Fiverr but there is this particular customer from USA that I started working for recently (around Feb). I worked for him a whole month and delivered his project and told him to change his Facebook all the details to his social media accounts and online store which is normal as this is the principle of professionals on Fiverr. Over a week now,he didn't have any issue but I guess it was because the ads I set up for him has expired and has to be renewed which he doesn't know how to do that and doesn't want to pay either for it to be done by a professional. So,I guess he tried to do something funny and along the line, he was charged $3 by Facebook and all of a sudden,he was banned according to the messages he sent to me and was blaming me that I caused it. I didn't reply him initially because I knew he is a kinda difficult customer and can cause a whole lot of problems on Fiverr for me but he kept on texting and even going to an extent of threatening to report for what I know nothing about. Here is my reply to him... 'Hi,good times to you. I can see you have difficulty in your Facebook account . This difficulty has nothing to do with me because once I am through with a customer's project,I am done and it's up to him/her to change his store/Facebook and other social media details if he so wishes. I have been working for many customers. You will be the first to complain this way as I have absolutely nothing to do with all your social media/store accounts anymore. As you can see,I have been very busy with someone's else's project and even if I have no project on ground,I absolutely have nothing to do with your account. It's believed you should have changed all your details long ago. Even other customers that don't change their details don't have any issues till now. Please, once a professional on Fiverr tells you he is done with your project,it's therefore deemed that he has nothing to do with your stuffs again and on no account should he login except you give him the new de-tails to log in. Note: Your changed details can never be tampered by anyone except you give it to them and it will be funny to accuse someone else of something he doesn't know about or have anything to do.' That's my reply to him and till now,he didn't say a word. This same customer is he of a hell type of person and I have never met someone like this in all my life. I always try to calm him done and ask him to get patient with things but he is kinda difficult to work with. Mind you,I have other people's details till now that in have worked with that have no problem whatsoever as they still contact me for one project or the other because I am still a new seller. Kindly help,did I respond well to the buyer or am I to be blamed for his Facebook account being blocked after project has been delivered to him over 8 days now. Also,this is the 3rd Facebook account that will be blocked by his singular act of doing it without the help of a professional just on the ground that he doesn't have funds to pay for the service .
