The Biggest Challenges and The Best Opportunity of New Media
We all innovate the things that we invented through the years for the people to use our invention pleasantly at the same time, handy and convenient and one of the bests example of these is the internet itself. We all do rely in technology because technology naturally dominated the society's existence, as well as the people that are living in there. The traditional media (which are the books that are tangible and the newspapers), we can notice that those traditional channels of messages are now archaic which is the negative thing as how our media improved. As we rely much on the upgraded version of the inventions that the geniuses has made, we almost forgot the momentous of the creation that was created before. Those opportunities that we get when we use the upgraded media is to make our job faster and easier but the challenges that the new media brought us is the blistering and blatant access of fake news and rumours. It's a good thing to be dependent on the things like high technology and the internet but let us all remember and appreciate the previous creations of media.

Think Before You Click
We live in a society dominated by the internet. Millions of people are using social networking sites to express their ideas and read other people’s idea. By this you can simply post whatever you wanted to post. “Think before you click” we can hear this statement a-lot of times. People are considering social media as one of their needs by contagiously using it for educational and job purposes and for them to have any ideas and updates around them. As the technology continued to improve through the years, people are involving themselves more on mainstream social medias like facebook, twitter, instagram and any other software apps and as the users increases every year, countless of people posted something on cyberspace. When we post something online, whatever it is, we need to be extra careful because it can affect someone behind the other side of the screen. We can never know how this can affect them or how they would react to this. Not everything in social media is true. Your post can go viral and can be spread in a matter of seconds only. Be careful, always recall the statement “Think before you click”. Act like your age,not all the time people understand you in anyways.

THE VALUE OF BEING A MEDIA AND INFORMATION LITERATE INDIVIDUAL
We all know that using higher and upgraded technologies nowadays became common, as the report reveals 57% of the global population is now connected to the internet, spending an average 6.5 hours online each day. Being a media literate will not only benefit yourself or a small group of people but for you to share a small or big information to everyone. Sharing information became easier and faster compared to the days where the technology isn’t upgraded yet. You can spread information easily by using mainstream applications like Facebook, Tumblr, Twitter, KakaoTalk, Line, YouTube (through vlogging) and other application that you can freely share the information that you knew. There are some advantages and disadvantages of using media or being capable to operate media. If you don’t think carefully about the things that you would share openly in media, it will cause an uproar and chaos and it will lead to misunderstanding and toxicity, but if you think that an information isn’t credible enough because of lack of validation, unreliable sources or just from unsure rumors and you know to yourself that it isn’t worth sharing, then you know how to use media right.
