Sick- Baby!Niall

 Prompt: hello there:) Can you do a niall centric ageplay prompt where he's been like cranky and slightly cuddly all day and just not being himself and like slipping back into his head space even though he's supposed to be the big boy niall today. Turns out he's sick? You may come up with like everything else. Thanks!

Niall opened his eyes slowly, feeling the light from the window shine down on him, giving him a major headache. His nose was all stuffy and he couldn't breathe very well out of it. His throat was killing him and all he wanted was some relief. He looked around his nursery expecting to see one of his daddies there, but he saw no one. A loud sob escaped his lips causing his throat to burn. He grabbed the bar on his adult-sized crib and continued to wail until he saw Harry come into the room and walk over to him.

“Hey baby, it's alright. Dada's here. Lets get you changed into some big boy clothes. We have an interview today buddy.” Harry told him softly, as he lifted Niall into his arms and rocked him back and forth. Niall started to fuss and kicked his little legs around as Harry put him on the changing table.

“No want to be big boy.” He wined, a couple of tears escaping his eyes.

“I know bub, but you have to.” Harry replied sympathetically. He expected Niall to react like this.

Niall wanted to protest more and tell his Dada that he was sick but his throat hurt too much and he didn't really want to speak, so he just remained silent as Harry put a fresh nappy on him and changed his clothes.

Niall was sat between Louis and Liam, fidgeting with his shirt and not paying any attention to the interviewer. His throat was feeling even worse than it did when he woke up and his stuffy nose was starting to bother him. Just wanting some kind of comfort, Niall leaned his head on Louis shoulder and grabbed onto his arm.

“Papa.” He whispered, pulling on Louis's arm.

Louis head turned sharply at Niall, giving him a stern look. He quickly looked over at the interviewer making sure that she had not heard him. Thankfully she was too busy asking Zayn a question to hear what Niall had called him. Niall wined and turned his attention over to Liam, trying to wrap Liam's arm around his body.

“Not now Niall!” Liam whispered/yelled, gently pulling his arm out of Niall's grip.

“But Daddy.” Niall wined again.

“Niall you are a big boy today. You need to call me by name unless you want to sit in the naughty chair when we get home.” Liam's told him authoratively.

Niall frowned and crossed his arm with a huff. All he wanted were some cuddles and for someone to blow his stuffy nose. He started to get very fussy. He kept moving around in his seat and attempting to cuddle up to Louis or Liam. Thankfully, the interviewer didn't direct any questions to Niall and as soon as it was over Liam grabbed his arm and pulled him out of the room.

“Niall you will get 10 minutes in the naughty chair when we get home. Your behavior was unacceptable.” Liam told him sternly.

“What did he do?” Zayn asked, raising an eyebrow.

“He kept trying to cuddle with Lou and me and he was being fussy.” Liam said in an annoyed tone.

“Whats wrong buddy? Do you need a change?” Zayn asked him, trying to be a little softer than Liam.

Niall just sighed and shook his head and turned away from his mean daddies. Why couldn't they see that all he wanted was for someone to hold him and make him feel better? The boys all looked at each other with a mix of worry and confusion when they stepped into the car. Zayn sat next to Niall and Niall immediately curled into his side and began sucking his thumb. Zayn wrapped his arm around Niall's body, rubbing soft circles into his side. The car ride was fairly silent except for the occasional groans and whimpers that escaped Niall's lips. When they arrived to their shared house, Zayn grabbed hold of Niall's hand and led him inside

“Alright buddy you have 10 minutes on the naughty chair.” Zayn told him, pulling him to the chair in the corner of the kitchen. Niall began to protest and struggle against Zayn's grip. He had forgotten that he was being put in time out and all he wanted to do was lay in bed and cuddle.

“No!” Niall yelled, his voice raspy. Zayn looked at him in concern but continued to pull the boy towards the corner.

“No pease! I hurt!” Niall yelled, breaking loose of Zayn”s grip and shuffling away.

“You hurt? What hurts bub?” Zayn asked him, gently stroking the hair out of Niall's eyes, noticing the heat radiating from his forehead.

“My throat.” He cried out, letting tears escape. Zayn wiped them away and picked his baby up, holding him close.

“Let's get you some medicine then.” Zayn whispered softly as be brought Niall back into the living room where the rest of his boyfriends were,

“Why isn't Niall in the naughty corner?” Louis asked, confused.

“He's sick.” Zayn replied simply. Liam instantly felt guilty for being so harsh on his baby earlier.

“Aw I'm sorry baby I didn't know you weren't feeling well.” Liam said to Niall as he stroked the back of his head.

“It's kay Daddy.” Niall told Liam softly, reaching his arms over to his Daddy.

“Let's get you some medicine and then we can all cuddle until you fall asleep.” Liam whispered, gently rocking Niall back and forth. Niall nodded his head contently as his daddies all ran in opposite directions to get him what he needed to feel better. Once Niall had a bottle and some medicine the boys all gathered up in bed, setting Niall in the middle of them.

“Goodnight darling.” Harry whispered in his ear as he pressed a soft kiss to his forhead. Niall smiled snuggled close up to all of his daddies, falling asleep with ease.
