This is freakin awesome!

My friend Tyler is trying to lose weight and he asked my other friend Orlando to train him. Tyler was embarrassed to go to the gym though so Orlando is taking care of that by dressing up as characters when they go to the gym so that the focus isn’t on Tyler but on himself. So far Tyler has been trained by a Jedi and steampunk Batman. This is one of the nicest things I have ever seen done for someone else.  Orlando’s kindness blows me away.

Suddenly you start experiencing severe pain in your chest that starts to drag out into your arm and up into your jaw. You are only about five miles from the hospital nearest your home. Unfortunately you don’t know if you’ll be able to make it that far. You have been trained in CPR, but the guy that taught the course did not tell you how to perform it on yourself..!! NOW HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN ALONE… Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack, without help, the person whose heart is beating improperly and who begins to feel faint, has only about 10 seconds left before losing consciousness. However, these victims can help themselves by coughing repeatedly and very vigorously. A deep breath should be taken before each cough, and the cough must be deep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest. A breath and a cough must be repeated about every two seconds without let-up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again. Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood circulating. The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can perhaps buy precious time to get themselves to a phone and dial 911. Guys, this is my boyfriend. I love him so much, he’s the best. He’s always there for me, he treats me well and he’s funny and he’s just amazing, he’s smart and handsome and perfect. You see..the problem is, that he’s been bullied most of his life. People at school would call him ugly, and wierd, and make fun of him for being too skinny, and they would call him stupid. And the worst part is, his family doesnt make it any better. Now that he has grown and he’s got muscle and he has a nice body, his family is calling him fat, and they make fun of him. He’s gotten a bit depressed and he’s so strong because he tries his best not to let it get to him. He always thinks he’s ugly and no one would date him besides me and i’m completely crazy, and he thinks he’s fat and stupid, and he hates himself. In reality he’s fucking perfect.  I told him I’d prove to him that he isnt ugly or fat or anything. He wont believe me when i say it, so i’m posting this.
