When I first played SDV, the first person I met and wanted to marry was Maru. I just fell in love with her immediately ! But after I met all the villagers, I ended up marrying Penny, and she's still probably my favorite of all the marriageable NPCs.

My sister had the same thing happen, but with Harvey and Emily instead of Maru and Penny.

I think it's pretty interesting to see who everyone's first favorite is versus who they end up with, maybe it says a little bit about you ? Or maybe you knew immediately who you wanted to marry ?

so i attempted to complete the community center VS. the jojomart warehouse in under a year! 

pros of working on the community center:

gives you a real direction and sense of community 

helps build relationships with the towns people

presents unique challenges and goals - like you have to build and upgrade a lot of things in order to make or farm some of the bundle ingredients

cons of working on the community center:

that little anxiety attack you get when you accidentally sell a crucial item

having to spend a lot of money and resources building up to getting items

seriously i had like 7 days left because i needed 3 apples and Every Day I Was Terrified 

pros of working on the jojo warehouse:

quicker (over a full season quicker!)

easier

cheaper

cons of working on the jojo warehouse:

you feel deeply disgusting after completing it

the only challenge is saving money, so all my skills were severely lacking, except for mining and foraging
