i like the way we spend for the best, but is it enough?

body image
1. i feel uncomfortable when it comes to put a clothes in my body, i worried about what kind of shirt I want to take. It just don't fit me at any kind of size.
2. I plan my marriage, now is 16 Dec. In 6 months, what can I do? I feel terrified. I want to look good and fit. I need some time to cook, and excercise. I need time to myself, I need to take care of myself.
3. I have to make a plan, I really need a schedule, a healthy schedule. I need a weekly meal plan, weekly excercise plan. I want to eat healtier meal and enough sleep. I need to get this things done. I need to reduce my socmed time to scroll. It's all important, I need to save money.
4. How about: we have to work out when we have to WFH? Make a meal plan on the weekend. Main bawa bekel yuk, kasih opsi yang paling sehat di setiap menunya. Disiplin nggak minum kopi lewat jam 6 sore. Kamu punya kulkas, jangan excuse.
5. Beli teh enak yuk? Kombinasikan minuman alternatif yang lebih sehat selain kopi dan susu. Bikin infused water: tomat, lemon, jeruk peras. Each and every day.
6. Buang sampah sayang, ganti lampu yok? Beli rak sepatu yang baru dan sampah juga dibuang sebelum bobo. Kamu bukan sampah, jadi jangan bobo sama sampah.
7. Dicek lagi punya makanan apa dan gimana caranya dihabisin dulu. Bikin ayam bacem kayaknya enak deh ;) Abisin herbalife-nya yuk. Itu minuman tehnya bisa banget loh dibawa ke kantor biar bisa lah disendok2 dikit. Susu-nya bisa jadi minuman rasa2 ganjel kalo laper. Dimasukin ke dalam plastik yaa? Biar bisa sekali serving gitu lho.
8. Coba dijadwalin luluran sama jangan males pake body lotion. Kalo mau ngobrol kayaknya di cafe aja enak deh. Banyak tau yang harus diomongin, bikin aja tempat yang nyaman buat ngobrol ya? Jangan lupa dilist mana aja yang harus dipikirkan dalam satu file excel.

hey, its been a while since you're not talk to yourself. i love the way you take a break.
you know, you need some tea, maybe? save your money, dear. make some cute lil drink. doing water fasting, stop eating. listen to your body.
listen what you need, eat the right nutrition. stop eating carbs and flour. listen to the things that calm your mind. doing step by step, one by one.
start from the night before, move your body, get some sunlight, talk to your dad, say hello to mom, stop watching anything and insert too many input.

2020
1. I didn't buy any plant or bike, but I became really enjoy sunset, sunrise, or simply starring at the sky. Really enjoy outdoors since then.
2. Strolling around the neighborhood after office is my meditation. Taking picture of interesting thing all the way around is my newest hobby.
3. I am afraid I won't see my family and friends again. I really appreciate the time we spent together.
4. I have ankle thinkening and low back pain because of ndlosor at kosan with folding desk only. Due to second wave in the mid 21, I bought a proper-ergo desk and chair.
5. Struggle with one day WFO only in a week. We have no diffrentiation where is the place and time for work, rest and have fun. It just hits me different.
7. I met so many jerk but ya they accompany me in this tough time. I might be a jerk too for some of them. Why does it became a mental training with surprise exam.
8. I left my stock since its collapse in March 20, but still happy when recieve deviden email that you forgot you have on 21.
9. As sharia bank's officer, I still consider crypto as speculation. Clearly I'm not a FOMO, that following all the trend.
10. I admit that I was wrong all this time listening to dangdut and EDM while working. This year I listen to classic, instrumental and jazzy playlist.
11. Hmm Netflix series are not excites me. I am watching concert, documentary and film. I skip the series people watching at these time. I don't even watching the world of marriage, vincenzo, start up, hospital playlist, reply 1988, money heist, the queen's gambit. I remember I only watching one season of a series while bleeding after wisdom tooth extraction, and that was not a popular one.
12. I really like to walk with an easy peasy jazz with a playlist from one of the internet friend I collab with. I listen to mind-blowing or super funny podcast while cooking, doing laundry and the dishes, only to put something in my mind.
13. This was a year of mental health and financial planning, they are like everywhere. I love to join LIVE IG and webinar almost once or twice a week.
14. This was the year that I have no shame. Optimizing my opportunist and nothing to loose mentality, I won so many giveaway! From LALALA Fest from IDN Billboard (with Simple Plan, LANY and Jeff Bernat on it), tumblr, hoodie, shirt, and a webinar ticket.
Diffrent year, diffrent lesson. Now I know every year tell me something that shapes me to be the person I am right now. As a person that put the motto: a) Put everyone as a teacher, every place as a classroom and everytime as lesson hours; b) Yesterday is history, tommorow is mystery and today is a gift so it is called: The Present.
Everytime shit happens, I'm gonna panic like what the hell is going on then still looking for what's the good in this shit. I guess I'm gonna see my future self as a longlife learner. Cheers!

All of u might be won't care but 2019 teaches me these things:
1. Kalau udah dikasih kepercayaan setelah sudah berjuang sekian lama buat dapetin kepercayaan itu, jangan disia-siakan.
2. Don't let anger takes control over you. Kita semua gatau seberapa besar kerusakan yg ditimbulkan kalo nggak bisa mengendalikan emosi.
3. Jangan mendem, menyimpan emosi negatif sekian lama bisa nyakitin badan sendiri dalam bentuk asam lambung, darah tinggi atau pusing; dan ga sadar menyakiti orang di sekitarmu, yang nggak bersalah.
4. Mothering your ego, nggak semua yang kamu inginkan harus terwujud sekarang juga/seperti yang kamu harapkan.
5. Respect diversity and diffrent way of thinking. Don't be judgemental.
6. Nggak ada orang yang sempurna.
7. Apa yang kamu lakukan sekarang akan ada dampaknya di masa depan, entah besok atau 20 tahun lagi, entah ke kamu atau anak2mu kelak. Kalau mau mengambil keputusan yang signifikan dlm hidup, please be wise.
8. Syukuri dan ucapkan terima kasih pada support system yang mendukung, mendoakan dan memback-up kanan-kiri-atas-bawah when life brings you down, twice.
9. Define yourself, knowing your purpose before you choose what kind of person you want to be with. Ya agak sulit sih memang untuk adik2ku yang masih remaja, ya antisipasi aja jangan bucin hingga mematikan potensimu atau merusak masa depanmu.
10. Bersyukurlah jika kita masih diberikan kesempatan untuk memilih dan bukan menjalani sesuatu karena "mau ga mau" atau "nggak ada pilihan lain".
11. Terkejut dengan berapa banyak temen, ilmu dan pengalaman baru yg didapatkan dr waktu luang. Just less scrolling, more living.
12. Usahakan bawa tas sendiri biar kalo beli2 gausah pake plastik.
13. Bawa tumblr isi air putih kemana-mana, stay hydrated so you'll be busy peeing than talking of nonsense.
14. Less carbo, add proteins for lunch.
15. Pakai sunblock.
