The Staging Area

I shoot on location fashion photography. When picking a location to shoot I also have to think of where I need my models to get styled with makeup and wardrobe. This particular shoot we got ready in the bathroom of the Holiday Inn Express across the street from Ah Nab Awen Park in downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan.  I found it quite hysterical that we took over this bathroom and made it our own space. Many people walked in and immediately back out once they saw the chaos. It was a fun experience that I wanted to capture and share. And a reminder that if you get a nice enough hotel that lets you do this, be respectful and leave it the way you found it!
