and what if i said that will being highly associated with clocks ties into hannibal’s obsession with time reversal? in a way, the thought heavily implies that will is the personification of hannibal’s fate. will is hannibal’s sense of time. the time keeper of his present and his future. which could mean nothing.

“i decided when i heard his voice” was actually one of the most insane things will graham has ever said imo and the implications are actually devastating to my mental state. he called hannibal, and the very second he heard his voice he decided that that was enough for him to not go through with his betrayal. just a simple “hello” made up his mind. a simple “hello” told him he didn’t have the heart to hurt him anymore.

Ok but after spending three years locked up, can we all agree that Hannibal's superior alcohol tolerance dropped?

Imagine this scenario post fall. They finally get a bottle of red wine to celebrate. Hannibal gets sleepy after the first glass and Will is having the time of his life refilling his glass.

He is curious whether Hannibal is the funny type of drunk or the sad type of drunk. Joke's on him, he turns out to be the honest and affectionate type of drunk.
