Me to my mage companions in Veilguard: ok everyone some ground rules. 1. If you intend on preforming a dark ritual that involves sleeping with my boyfriend in order to suck the soul of an old god into a fetus just give me a heads up in advance we can work something out. 2. This also applies to blowing up the Chantry. I’m not opposed to some light terrorism against the Chantry but I hate being kept in the dark. 3. If any of you are an ancient elven god I want to know right now. If we can all agree to these guidelines I think we’ll get on great.

did you guys know you can enjoy fiction even when you want to kill some of the characters with hammers on account of they are interesting and evocative characters that cause strong emotions and those strong emotions do not always need to be positive. crazy stuff

that feeling you get as a writer where you have to look up a totally obscure and absolutely absurd piece of information that you barely know how to research because you barely know how to explain what you need to find out, and then the dull horror when the page loads and all the links are purple.
