when i have health scares in the middle of the night i just force myself back asleep which probably isn't good advice for others

last night i really thought i was having a stroke or something because i randomly woke up shaking with my chest hurting and couldn't move one of my arms and it wasn't the usual "this arm just fell asleep so i can't move it" thing but anyway i'm fine today so i guess it was nothing
