Aoko also got a 100% np gauge. The dev favorites getting the special treatment as usual (sighs). Also, look at Super Aoko's skills and np. Literally something you made for Billy iirc. They made Aoko arts as well because Pandora's Castoria exists.

Im more curious about the billy comparison because obviously it's not the HRU for him i actually posted, cause back then i was trying to be "realistic". So that leaves the Lucky Bullet/Six Shooter mechanic I genuinely don't remember if I talked about or not
