pretty clear that the b/p or b/r cycle is NOT working out very well so i’m going to up my c@l intake to 500-1200 after a three day water f@s* to cleanse.
a f@s* probably isn’t the best way to combat this mistake buttttt doing it anyway to show myself i can be disciplined instead of addicted 😀

i’m not rvnn!ng tomorrow but i will thursday, and friday im going to texas roadhouse with my grandparents so ill f@s* for now so that later i can order what i want without r3str!ct!ng.
i’m disappointed in myself for creating a vicious cycle, but i know it will take practice and i have to remember my goals. i forgive myself for my mistakes but i wont forget the icky feeling i have right now. urges are just a thought.

wednesday plan:
- nap as much as possible, watch tv, hot bath and read
- work from 3-8, then go home to bed
thursday plan:
- four mile run no more no less
- two mile walk no more no less

- one hour bath with reading, move marathon

not proud of today but again, the shame in posting a third b!ng3 is motivating. also honestly still pretty sh!tty but not my worst b!ng3, especially since it’s technically the recommended intake for m4!ntenance, and i beat a lot of cr4vings i had after 2:48.

i’m gonna post any time i have a low because it keeps me accountable.
telling myself i will post a daily review whether it’s good or bad keeps me motivated and helps me to learn the hard way with a healthy amount of shame because i do not want to post about a b/p or b again.
i look forward to sharing p0unds l0st and h0urs f4st3d and sharing that with a community is far more motivating and i deserve to lose this fuck ass “recovery” we!ght.
it’s fucking embarrassing to post my intro and rules then the first godam day im not even following them. the embarrassment of these couple days must be motivation to keep going and l0s3 as much as possible in 3 weeks.
