For over 6 months we have been complaining about the literal shit coming back up out toilets and the smell of raw sewage, and have had zero resolution. Over one month ago an “engineer” was out to investigate and cut this hole in our wall, which has yet to be fixed - and we have zero update on what the issue is or when it will be fixed.
