This is kind of a roundabout thing and not strictly in the way you're asking, but I've mentioned before that some famous science fiction stories were sponsored in part by His Majesty's Esoteric Services, in an effort to obfuscate rumors about actual extranormal events. I have a question, how many extranormal events on average would a "normal" person encounter? By "normal" I mean someone without information or experince with the extranormal community?

A baseline person without any information experience or knowledge of the extranormal community should, ideally (if we're doing our job) experience nothing they can attribute to the extranormal community.

The fact that you're seeing our website at all means that you've experienced something extranormal and, at least subconsciously, your brain hasn't rejected it. So that makes you not "normal" anymore, either.

So, the letter of your question, ideally never. The reality is a fair bit higher, especially because some folks in our community can't resist interacting with the mundane world.
