This is the effect of fireflies and moonlight I made for a summer night scene to add a romantic atmosphere
The moonlight effect is made with "shapes"
Fireflies are made with the "CC Particle World" effect

This is the scene of the leaves falling, the material comes from the leaves provided by Ran Wang
Different leaf drops use different rates and areas of influence from the "CC Particle World" effect
I debugged different colors for the leaves to distinguish them from different varieties

This is the scene of snowflakes I combined two different ways to make snowflakes
The first is to directly use the "Snowfall" effect in AE. This effect can make small snowflakes in the shape of dots
Another is to use the "CC Particle World" effect. Using the snowflake elements that Ran Wang gave me, I can make three-dimensional, rotating, and different styles of snowflakes flying.
I debugged different colors for the leaves to distinguish them from different varieties

Here are some demonstrations of the "Bevel and Emboss" and "Drop Shadow" effects on the character
The purpose is to highlight the three-dimensional sense of the "Cut-Out Style" And this is a way to enhance the integration of the character with the background image
I also added this "scatter" style to some elements of the background, making them uniform in style and adding a three-dimensional effect
In addition, I modified the color and pattern of each tree to make them look unique and interesting

This is the "home" shape I made with masks and shadows and keyframes.
This can add hints of key elements of "family" and "affectionate"
At the same time, it can also make the title not affected by the complicated background picture.

I directly used the material that Ran Wang gave me
I achieved the effect of flexible stretching and bending of the hand by setting the position keyframe and rotation keyframe of the finger layer respectively
In addition, I also added the mask movement effect of the snowdrifts and the glow effect of the saplings

Dynamic storyboard experiment test 23.1
First of all, I imported the PS file into the Ai software, enlarged the parts of the body, and converted them into Ai format (Ai is a vector calculation method, it can keep the picture high-definition when the size is modified)
Then, I imported the Ai file into the AE software
Add bones to characters with Duik Bassel in AE
In particular, some body parts will be added with "bevel and emboss" effects, which can help the character show a three-dimensional effect.
Finally, make keyframe animations for each of the three characters

Here's how a winter tree is made
First, I patterned the trunk and adjusted the timing and color of the glow Finally, I used "CC Snowfall" to create the effect of falling snow

Here's how an autumn tree is made
I adjusted the color with "Saturation and Hue"
Next, I used the Mesh Warp tool to change the way the leaves shook
After that, I patterned the trunk and adjusted the timing and color of the glow
Then, I used "Bevel and Emboss" to enhance the 3D effect of the tree (this feature I also occasionally add on characters)
Finally, I used "CC Partido World" to create different styles of leaf falling effects

The overall process is:
First, make IK bones for my character
Next, make character action animation
After that, make scenes and cameras for animation
Finally, put all AE animation clips into PR to edit and synthesize the final short animation film

I re-adjusted the color matching for each scene to make the colors of the four seasons look more harmonious and unified. I used the "Hue and Saturation" function key in the AE effect bar to adjust each layer and element
Also, I added some masking, glow, and shadow effects to add a 'Cut-Out' style to the overall picture
After I shared some ideas with the team members, they were very supportive and gave me some hand-painted patterns, so some of our detailed effects have been iterated.

I gave Ran Wang an idea, Wish she painted each tree a different bark pattern This tree can connect with the growth of characters and the formation of families in the changing seasons It seems to be similar to the usefulness of totems in ancient times.
(These are just some rough sketches of my ideas, not used in the final film, just to help Ran understand the ideas I'm articulating)
