hunger feels better than a full stomach.
you know you won't just have one, you'll eat the whole pantry if you give in.
the hunger will be gone in 20 minutes. the fat you'll gain will be gone in 20 days.
the more you eat now, the more you'll have to resist later.
what do you hate more: the 30 minute workout or the extra 30 pounds?
don't you want to be pretty? delicate? sought after? desired? that food will push you farther away from that.
20 minutes after eating that/binging, you'll feel guilty, disgusting and fat. 20 minutes after saying no, you'll feel proud and skinny.

once you deny yourself that craving once, then twice, you’ll find yourself at the end of a week having denied it 50 times.
