I might be, as all of you, excited for the new Disney movie "Encanto" and I would like to watch "Vivo" anytime soon, but I want to suggest you, if you want to get to know more about Latin American culture by 3D animated movies, you should check out Tunche Films, a new Peruvian movie Company that released:

"Ainbo, Spirit Of The Amazon"

and is about to release "Kayara" in 2022.

To be a little company it has a stunning animation. I'm mostly invested with Kayara, she looks so gorgeous, just look at her!

Don't let Disney take over the animation industry and monopolize it, and support little companies like this one, that tell about their culture better than any foreign company out there.

Loki gave free will to everyone, but once in a while, they would create small victories for Mobius.

When it rained, and there was no shelter for Mobius, somehow a forgotten umbrella would appear next to him.

And when Mobius went to order pastries at a local cafe, he would feel that no matter how long the line was, it always quickened when he stood on the queue.

Loki became the god of stories. And Mobius became the main character.

I think we're all not paying enough attention to what a really great job Mobius did to make Loki fall in love with him.

And I think we all agree that he had one particular friend in mind.

Analysis: The track in Loki S2E6 (at 45:25) begins with Mobius telling B-15 “They need you in there”.

She asks him if he’s scared to leave the TVA and being out in the real world to which he replies, “Yes.”

His feet scuff the word, “Time”, from the TVA floor plaque. Good riddance. Or perhaps, a thank you.

A turning of the page.

We see the TVA War Room filled with employees, a stark contrast to before, when it was only a few employees who were allowed to be in there— this shows that B-15 achieved her glorious purpose, as did the TVA and its employees.

OB beams with pride at his newly written TVA handbook. His glorious purpose is to live out the sci-fi fantasy book that his timeline self always wrote about. Maybe one day his timeline self will be able to be a successful author too.

Of course, this song is bittersweet…

Ravonna wakes up at the Void, alone, and has to face the consequences of choosing power over love, which is what ultimately led to her downfall. She doesn’t realize that a pruned TVA plaque is at her feet. It’s assumed that she meets Alioth, destroyer of time— or maybe someone else who will get her out of there. She puts on a brave face.

Victor Timely, we assume has had his timeline restored. His younger self never receives the TVA handbook. He can be considered a sleeper agent. Or, a man who will only ever dream of power. He might not get it, but at least he will still have love of discovery and his humanity.

The score stops when Don (timeline Mobius) is in the frame with his kids. Mobius watches them.

The stopping of the score can mean two things. Someone (Loki) is listening. Or, this is not Mobius’ glorious purpose— it’s the absence of it. Maybe it’s both.

Sylvie is there too. Mobius asks her, “Where will you go?” She’s off, in search of free will. Glorious purpose.

This scenes show us the aftermath of Loki’s sacrifice and uses the track to guide us.

The track is called “Purpose Is Glorious.” Meaning, the purpose is in fact glorious. Duh.

But that contradicts what S1 Mobius says to S2 Loki and the advice that Loki takes to heart.

“Most purpose is more burden than glory. And trust me, you never wanna be the guy who avoids it ‘cause you can’t live with the burden.”

Implying, Mobius refused his glorious purpose as a TVA agent and now he lived with the consequences.

We are to believe that Loki’s glorious purpose is more of a burden than a glory. And even his sad glazed eyes at the end shows us this too. He’s not happy to be there per se…

But it is Loki’s glorious purpose. And it’s a burden. But, this is the god who spent centuries trying to find a way. And had they known earlier that there was only one way, they would’ve done it first thing.

This was always Loki’s glorious purpose. And it sucked and it wasn’t fair but dammit, the love they had for Mobius and the others made it glorious.

Everyone would get to live, Mobius would get a second chance.

And there was so much glory in that. Because Loki’s friends would never be a burden.

Mobius could never be a burden.

Mobius was the most glorious purpose anyone could ask for. And he belonged to Loki.

No but look at them. Sylvie is worried and runs off but Mobius is frozen and horrified. Mobius is the Loki expert. He knows the last time Loki said those words was when he let go and fell from the Bifrost. Mobius knows then that Loki isn’t coming back and just look at him and look at his eyes. Loki knew those words had meaning to only two of them, and those are the ones he chose as his farewell.

i think im obsessed with helia and riven my boys are just so 😭😭😭😭 do you have more headcanons about them 👁👄👁

yooo glad you’re just obsessed with them just as I am (Even though I’m not in the fandom much anymore) but I have a few more:

They’re both quiet people, so they enjoy quality time with each other in peace (Ex: Hugging each other on the couch while watching something, only talking to each other a few times.

Riven: *gets mad*/ Helia: Are you done with your temper tantrum yet?/ Riven: No >:( / *they both try to work out their emotion with each other*

Helia just knows random stuff about space ships and wind riders after being with Riven for a while and assisting him in fixing some vehicles.

“Wow! How’d you know that was the reason why the Wind Rider wasn’t working?” “Oh just…something I knew.” *flashback to Riven explaining a whole essay about how wind riders work to Helia*

Related with previous statement, they share moments where Helia does a minor mistake and Riven gets mad over it. Like if Helia isn’t holding the flashlight at the right angle while Riven is fixing something in the dark, he gets mad 💀💀💀

They’re the pretty couple who seem bad ass on the outside but are actually a decent couple who understand and treat each other as human beings.

Somewhat related but I think it was Winx Comic #22 or #23 where Riven assumes that Helia only got punished after a mission failed was because if Saladin didn’t put that punishment onto Helia, people would think that he was Saladin’s favorite out of all the Red Fountain students and that Saladin plays favorites. Imagine after dating Helia for a while, Riven gets to know Saladin more and actually gets a parental figure in his life.
