okay but I've only gotten to chapter 10 of the main vivid bad squad story and based on what I've seen I already fuckin love the dynamic between those four?

like, okay, I've read some spoilers, right? i know that a lot of the vivid bad squad songs are explicit in some ways, in very limiting ways to the choreography if you catch my drift.

but they managed to get asuzawa kohane, the fucking least knowledgable on music in the entire game at the start of the storyline, the super shy girl who at the start didn't even think she could pull off an's dream of surpassing rad weekend, in the group?

that's so funny to me. like I'm not trying to make fun of kohane, the girl's an absolute sweetheart and i love her so much, but like. holy shit.

My Theory

I have a crazy theory. I was watching the anime PV and it occurred to me when I watched the final scene of Hikari.

There is a timeline in which Hikari never left the country and was always with Karen. In this timeline happened the revue, Hikari won but something bad happened at the end and Karen died for which Hikari ends alone in the rain and Karen’s sword is found on the floor.

Hikari is clearly sad but suddenly seems to take strength to fix the situation (scene that see in the PV) So Hikari wish to go to a timeline where Karen has never participated in the revue.

And this is where Hikari enters Nana’s time loop. Since it is the clash of two wishes of two winners of two time lines differents and so the giraffe’s conversation with Nana makes sense.

And that’s why Hikari comes with determination and is not surprised to see Karen. It is also the reason why she does not want Karen to participate in the revues and is the reason why she worries so much about Karen to the point of not losing sight of her and moving to her room.

Hikari came for change Karen’s destiny, but when she arrived at that time line she changed the course of many things that could collide in things that happened in the timeline from which Hikari comes and that’s why she got frustrated in episode 2 saying “I’m sorry Karen” because Hikari’s arrival made Karen participate in the revue again.

What do you think? Is my theory very crazy?
