I love the new pack's business branding feature with logos to choose from, but the options are soooo limited, whereas the possibilities are endless with the new mechanics. Zerbu added his icons for the small businesses, but I think the icons don't fit the "logo" language even though I use them for clubs and holidays.

Huge credit to Zerbu because I played with his more icons file to figure out how to do this on my own in a separate package.

If you use Zerbu's more icons mod, you have to remove the small businesses tuning from the package file (unless he has a without logos option, idk).

I am not the 100% original creator for some of these logos and illustrations. They are from Canva Pro, and all credit goes to their respective designers.

It won't work if you have or use other cc that adds custom logos for small businesses.

I've tested this in my game and have been playing with these since the release. I haven't run into any issues. Lmk if you encounter something

luxe shore apartments are a modern apartment complex located in the city center of san myshuno, overlooking a stunning lake. the complex is well-equipped with various amenities such as a outside grill area & seating, coffee shop, 3 car garage, communal laundry, gym & pool. each unit has an integrated kitchen for a sleek & modern look. the apartments include spa-like bathrooms, 1 bedroom apartments even have their own bathtubs for an extra touch of luxury. the basement includes storage cages for all units, perfect for realism.

additional notes:

everything is playtested & functional i'll upload a proper residential rental lot when i own the pack the doorbells might get annoying when playing in this lot because of the constant wall notifications the kitchen counters are a slightly different color compared to the cabinets, but the marble on the counters was too perfect not to use them. i hope it's not too much of a problem

Instagram Story Templates V2 (Canva) 🤍

There are 12 styles of story posts in this release. This version aims more towards having a variety of styles for your sims' instagram stories.

I also feel it's worth mentioning that my templates will always be for the Canva free version so they will always be accessible to everyone without Canva Pro features.

We all know how difficult it is to create male sims, so I started experimenting and rom the peak of my creative skills these 5 beautiful hunks came out.

HOW TO INSTALL:

In each zip file there's a folder with all the ccs I used and another one with the tray file. 

Unzip it and place all the cc files in your Mods folder and the tray files in the Tray folder.

Open the game and the sim should appear in your library.

Remember to activate costum content before the download.

If you download 2 or more sims they might have the same ccs, I recommend using sims 4 manager to check for duplicate files.
