Been playing a lot of Slime Rancher recently. Puddle slimes are keeping me going right now, mainly because they actually squeak and bob up against the little rubber ducks I give them to play with, and that’s too damn cute.

i have not played this game, i know very little about it and almost everything is from what i’ve seen on tumblr and what i gather is that purple noodle man becomes a dad against his will and the queen is everyone’s sleep paralysis demon

Speaking as someone with experience between city light versus country light affecting stars, the Far Far Range doesn't have any night light sources except for human made structures on the Ranch, a few light cones here and there, spots of echoes, and phosphor slimes out and about. We know this from visual experience from exploring surroundings, and the fact that the stars are so... visible. So it has to be dark to be able to see those stars that clearly right?

So anyway my theory is that Beatrix Lebeau can see in the dark. Sure, there's a flashlight you can technically use, but even when exploring dark caverns in the Indigo Quarry, she can make out details perfectly without it. So either humans got the ability to see in the dark, or little Bea isn't so human after all
