How many old Kingdom Hearts ships do you think skyrocketed in popularity around those times due to Parle Productions and Demyx Time?
because i'm rewatching old Demyx Time episodes and realizing that I probably got into ships like marvex from the show.
#i was young during that era and i cant say which really came first the ship or the parle depiction#im sure i could do some research and come up with stuff? but do to channel reuploads and general ff.net fuckery... not rn...#listen im in a huge 2008-2010 nostalgia mood. everything that made up my life during those years is of special interest to me so...#im noticing they portray a lot of ships that aren't near the most popular ones. like even for the time#in their Shinra Files episodes they ship Rufus/Reno which is not a super popular ship even for the time?#ff.net and ao3 currently have around 250-300 rufus/reno fics each. its always been niche#and im just interested like: how many old ships were popularized through things like old cosplay youtube shows or comic dubs?
