What an amazing reading week! I was feasting on stories and relishing every bite!!!

Many Opinions Below:
I picked up Fence Vol. 1-3 used at goodwill for a steal after hearing good things. Also that it was queer it does need to be said. I have to be honest with myself and stop picking up anything with a strong focus on sports. I just don't care. Add my relatively recent aversion the contemporary school settings meant this was never going to be for me.
Fruiting Bodies was a weird collection for me to rate. A few of the stories were 5 Stars but too many of them felt unfinished for me to up the stars. I do want to pick up whatever this author writes next though.
Running Close to the Wind was an absolute blast and I intend on reading Everything by this author!!!! I need more of these characters so badly and I hope for a sequel with bated breath.
I won't be continuing Thousand Autumns as a series. As curious as I am at how the romance will happen I was bored silly by the repetitive fight scenes.
The Magic Fish is beautiful both in art and tale and I can't wait for the Nguyen's next comic.
We Could Be So Good was such a comforting romance.

ha ha I got this one done!
I am currently trying to trick my brain into getting used to being a full time artist and have been struggling. But getting this piece done and trying to slow down and take my time with the coloring and details has been very satisfying.
So here she is my Merrow for Mermay. <3

We must discuss, then, the relationship between women and water. When men fall into the sea, they drown. When women meet the water, they transform. It becomes vital to ask: is this a metamorphosis, or a homecoming?
