Taco Chili - 115kcal/11g protein

Servings: 16 - 115kcal/11g protein per 1 cup serving
1 red onion large - diced
1 red bell pepper medium - diced
1 yellow bell pepper medium - diced
1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
15 ounces tomato sauce canned - no sugar added
1 pound corn frozen - organic sweet corn is best
4 cups chicken broth
15 ounces black beans canned - no sugar added
1/2 pound corn chips no sugar added - crushed
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
In a large soup pot, warm your olive oil and sauté the onions and bell pepper.
Stir in the turkey meat and brown. Add everything except the black beans and corn chips crumbs (if using) and cook until the meat is done.
If you wish the chili to have a less chunky texture, simply use an immersion blender to blend it up a bit (as we did in the photo above).
Then stir in your black beans and chips and serve.

DAY 2: How tall are you, do you like your height?
So I'm somewhere between 169-170 cm (in the doctor's office they rounded it up to 170 but it's not really all the way there)
Personally I don't know if I like my height. On one hand I'd like to be taller. So i can feel slimmer, have a better metabolism and look better over all. On the other hand even with my height now (which is a little bit taller then the average woman) I'm in a 24/7 panic that I take to much space. I hate being in crowds especially if i can't just hide behind some one who is taller then me. So In that aspect I would love to be shorter. Just so I could feel more comfortable in the world.
Anyway that was a big rant to say: IDK I don't really like anything about my body and even thinking about it makes me panicky...

I overate a little but to pay for this i went for a jog and did 20 min of weight workout with dumbbells
Calories in: 770
Calories out: 300
Net: 470
Day 4:
Started great then i b/p during the night
Calories in: I have no fucking clue
Calories out : Not enough
Net: depressive
Stats update: after 4 days of following this (and absolutely fucking it on the 4th day) i still lost 1kg so:
Sw: 59.9kg
Cw: 58.9kg
Always wanted to do a random ass tumblr diet and fact check the "lose up to X kg". So here I am. I will be switching it around a little so the liquid fast is the first day and the 300 day is the sixth. Just so I could complete it more easily

Update on this sooo:
Day 1:
went great. Didn't do much of a workout because fasting. I did walk a little and burn 100 cals
Calories in: 0
Calories out: 100
Net: -100
Day 2:
I had a sweet potato with egg ( 290 cals) for lunch and canned peas (100 cals) for dinner.
I did go to a jog that day which was nice and burned 350 cals
Calories in: 390
Calories out: 350
Net: 40
I still have no way to weigh myself but once i get the chance i will do!

I was just reading about fasting rules (like your normal disordered bitch) and saw this quote there and I can't explain why it made me so angry.
Its such an invalidating idiotic thing to say. And its so incorrect.
"The earliest historical descriptions of people experiencing symptoms consistent with modern-day eating disorders date back to Hellenistic (323 BC-31 BC) and medieval times (5th -15th century AD).
