Merciful one

I love the theory that "The merciful one" is Leola's daughter. She/He is voiced by a female voice actress. So I'm guessing that she/he is or was biologically female. The colors of "The merciful one"'s robe are also reminiscent of Leola. And it would also explain why she/he was the only one who wanted to spare Leola and later tried to comfort Aaravos.

No but like “we are all of us stardust” is such a powerful sentiment. While some are born with magic and other struggle to obtain it, the truth is that deep down there isn’t much difference between the elves, dragons, humans, Startouch elves because they’re all made from the same stuff. The same Source.

And I for one cannot wait for Callum to realize that.
