हमारा केंद्र ( Shri Shuddhi deaddiction centre bhopal) श्री शुद्धि नशा मुक्ति केंद्र मारक्यु विकास एवं कल्याण समिति द्वारा संचालित नशा मुक्ति केंद्र है, जो की मध्य प्रदेश शासन के सामजिक न्याय एवं निःशक्तजन कल्याण विभाग (Social Justice and Disability Welfare Department Madhya Pradesh) द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त (*Govt.Approved*) है। हमारे केंद्र में किसी भी तरह का नशा करने के आदी व्यक्ति को प्रेमपूर्ण माहौल में रखकर अमेरिका के कार्यक्रम "एलकोहोलिक्स एनोनिमस (Alcoholics Anonymous) एवं नारकोटिक्स एनोनिमस (Narcotics Anonymous)" तथा योग, ध्यान, मनोवैज्ञानिक उपचार, ग्रुप थैरेपी (Group Therapy), पंचकर्म तथा मेडिकल ट्रीटमेंट के संयोजन से बनाये गए कार्यक्रम की सहायता से नशे से पूर्ण छुटकारा दिलवाया जाता है। अमेरिका के "ऐल्कोहोलिक्स एनोनिमस तथा नारकोटिक्स एनोनिमस" कार्यक्रम की मदद से विश्व में पचास लाख से ज्यादा लोग नशे से दूर हो चुके है। ये नशा मुक्ति हेतु सबसे प्रभावी कार्यक्रम है। इसके द्वारा नशे से पीड़ित व्यक्ति में उसकी समस्या तथा उनके कारण उसके परिवार को होने वाली समस्या को स्वीकारने की भावना उत्पन होती है और जब वह स्वीकार कर लेता है कि वह एक शराबी या नशेडी है तथा तब उसमे सुधार की शुरुआत होती है। इसके द्वारा पीड़ित व्यक्ति को पता चलता है कि वह क्यों नशे पर नियंत्रण नहीं रख पाता है क्योकि जिसे वह व्यक्ति और समाज बुरी लत समझते है वह लत नहीं एक बीमारी है। जोकि "अमेरिकन मेडिकल एसोसिएशन" की रिसर्च से भी सिद्ध हुआ है। जिसे "एडिक्टिव पर्सनालिटी डिसऑडर" नाम दिया गया है।

इस बीमारी से पीड़ित व्यक्ति का अपने नशे की मात्रा पर नियंत्रण नहीं होता है और न कभी हो सकता है। इस बीमारी से पीड़ित व्यक्ति जब भी मन: स्तिथि (mood alter) में परिवर्तन लाने वाले पदार्थ जैसे: शराब, गांजा, ब्राउन शुगर आदि के संपर्क में आता है तो वह उनका आदी हो जाता है। आजकल कुछ नए प्रकार के नशे भी चलन में आ गए हैं जैसे की नींद की गोलियां (tablet addiction), थिनर एडिक्शन (thinner addiction), मोबाइल एडिक्शन(mobile addiction), स्क्रीन एडिक्शन (screen addiction), गेम एडिक्शन (game addiction) आदि, अभिभावकों को सावधान रहने की आवश्यकता हैं।

पीड़ित व्यक्ति अपने नशे को नियंत्रित नहीं कर पाता तथा अपने जीवन, सम्मान अपने काम तथा परिवार को दांव पर लगाकर नशा करता है। हम कह सकते है की व्यक्ति का कब, कहाँ और कितना नशा करना है इस बात का नियंत्रण समाप्त हो जाता है अर्थात वह कभी भी,कही भी और कितना भी नशा कर लेता है। वह इस बीमारी से पीड़ित होता है इसे एक बढ़ती हुई बीमारी माना जाता है। लंम्बी अवधि तक नशा करने के कारण इस बीमारी से पीड़ित व्यक्ति के मस्तिष्क की सेल्स(कोशिकाएँ)मृत हो जाती है। जिससे उसकी निर्णय लेन की शक्ति समाप्त हो जाती है तथा नशे पर शारीरिक तथा मानसिक निर्भरता बढ़ जाती है। शारीरिक निर्भरता से तात्पर्य नशा ना मिलने पर बैचेनी, सिरदर्द, हाथो का काँपना, शरीर में अकड़न आदि होता है, जिसे मेडिसिन के द्वारा शरीर को डिटॉक्स करके 21 दिन में दूर कर दिया जाता है।
