Life is Beautiful!
Imagine living a life where you could live each and every day to its fullest. Or hear every sound of your heartbeat - according to a famous movie dialogue. Sounds fascinating isn’t it? Well believe me fellas it is possible. We human beings just tend to put everything aside and focus on making money. Money isn’t bad at all but as long as you are spending it considerably in doing things you love. Not just stashing it in some locker. Life is meant to be lived merrily. Money is just a means to do that. So instead of revolving our lives around money and status, we should look towards more important things in our life. And what are those? Let’s find out.
Stay Positive: First and foremost, try to stay positive in every aspect of your life. Be it a bad hair day or a broken relationship; however big or small the problem is, there should be no bringing you down. Be your own sparkling little sunshine who spreads positivity everywhere. Always carry your million dollar smile with you and spread your happiness wherever you go.
Travel as much as you can: According to one of the famous quotes by Andre Gide, “Men cannot discover new oceans unless he has the courage to lose sight of the shore.” Never be afraid to move ahead in your life. In fact, life is all about moving ahead and creating memories. If we spend all our days in a limited boundary, we will never know what it’s like to go out there and see what’s beyond the line. Remember when we were kids and how we were always curious about every little thing. Don’t kill the curious child inside you. Whenever you get some time off your busy schedule, plan a vacation with your family or close ones. Even if your life is really pathetic and all you are left with is you yourself, just pack your bags and leave alone. Believe me alone trip is the best trip you can ever have. You have so much time to explore and discover yourself. And when you will return from that trip, you will become a completely different person. So grab your passport and give it a try.
Learn to admire the beauty of little things around you: Okay tell me honestly, how many of you stop on your way and admire the beauty of a freshly blossomed flower? I don’t think anyone of you have. And it’s not your mistake because today’s work demand us to be vigorous and dynamic. But what we fail to understand is the importance of little things in life. And these little things are the ones which can make our life blissful. For example, when you get a good news do not forget to thank God and express your gratitude towards him. For those of you who are married, when your spouse makes a cup of coffee everyday exactly how you like, don’t forget to give them a compliment or a cute little hug when the kids aren’t watching (Wink Wink☺). If you live away from your parents, call them regularly to show them how much they mean to you. Believe me these little things matter a lot in our lives.
Dance! : Dancing is not just for clubs or parties. We can dance anywhere and anytime we want. Take some spare time from your day (around 20 minutes) and turn on the music system. And just dance like no one’s watching. There will be no one to judge you so just shake that booty anyway you like. Apart from being an activity that helps you stay fit, dancing is also a very effective stress reliever. Whatever is bothering you, just turn on the sound and dance with whatever emotion is surging within you. After 20 minutes or so, you will feel the difference. You can also practice Yoga or meditation to relieve the stress.
Spend some quality time with your friends: When I was in my college days, I used to spend maximum amount of my time with my friends. But now when college is over, I miss that time of laughter and silly playfulness. I am in a new city now and how I wish I could go back to that time when everything was so easy blissful. For those of you who live in the same city where your school or college friends are living, try to spend some time with them on a regular basis. Not only does it make you happy but also you relive those days and cherish the memories which you shared together. Memories which only they know about.
Do what you love: At last, spend a considerable amount of your time doing what you love. For Example, if you like reading books, go to a nearby library and spend your time reading books you like. If you like shopping, go to shop every once in a while and buy things which make you happy. Even if it a small thing you buy, buy what you love. If you like playing any kind of sport, go for it and build a habit of playing whenever you get some free time. This will nurture that side of your personality which you wanted to nurture but for some reasons, couldn’t.
