For my birthday, I got two Dark Adventure Radio Theater plays—with props! I must commend H.P. Lovecraft Historical Society on their amazing work. Detailed, great, and just wonderful! Plus the radio plays are fantastic!

PSA: Unquestionably my largest/best source of the craziest/unhinged UFO and Bigfoot documentaries is @tubi. One of my favorite things to do lately is to turn one on and then let Tubi auto play the day away—there’s that much content. It does not disappoint if you want some far out to counter an otherwise Earth-is-being-dumb day. 🛸👣

Played Civilization 6 the entire day yesterday. I delayed feeding the cats by 15 minutes at night just so I could finally end the game victorious for launching a mission to Mars—my favorite victory condition.

Do you enjoy comedies that thud the bottom of the barrel with an enthusiasm that beggars belief? Then may I recommend The Out-Laws, a film that is so thunderously vapid that the movie poster is the illustration in the dictionary next to “inane.”

Super Cereal™ update (see a previous post): It was nom! The various elements didn’t clash and combined rather well. The Fruity Pebbles analog (they were all generic versions of the various cereals, as is appropriate for a Super Cereal™) provided a good texture with the larger pieces of other cereals.

Now I’m waiting patiently for my additional wife to wake up so we can have some time together before I return home and she goes to help her sister with various things.

Marsha got me a bunch of different cereals so I could make my own Super Cereal™ to nom whenever I stay the night (which is always! 💕) and I was able to layer them appropriately. I’ve never tried this combination before. I am excite to see what they’re like tomorrow morning! 😃✨

Today is going to be awesome. I’m driving up to my additional wife’s house and we’re going on a Switchventure, which is my name for when I take us to a locally owned restaurant (or similar) in a small out-of-the-way town we’ve never been to before and we sit and nom and play games on our Switches, then return home. Sometimes we’ll walk around holding hands if the town is cute.

It’s a wonderful way to spend quiet/quality time together. 😊😊

I’m in the pharmacy to get meds. I’m the only person here, customer or staff, wearing a mask. Lady in front of me looked at me funny for a second and I was immediately ready to throw down over my mask. But then I realized that I’m dressed like a nerd on vacation who had to leave the house in the middle of the day and realized my mask prolly wasn’t what she was on about in her quick observation.

Do you enjoy wonderfully made documentaries about a subject you had no idea about? Then may I recommend California Typewriter, which profiles people who use physical typewriters on purpose, also collectors, a store that repairs them, & a sculptor whose medium is typewriter parts.

What candy is best to play a Necromancer with in #Diablo4? Glad you asked—it’s Red Vines, ofc. They’re blood red and twisted, and isn’t it sweet of them to just hop in the jar for me?

As we were exiting the theater after seeing this film, we were given free passes to another movie. “What th’?” but then we remembered—the filmstrip had broken during the movie. #ID4 was so well executed, got the audience so jazzed up, we’d completely forgotten such a major thing.
