I MISS EATING KALE AT SCHOOL 😂🙈⠀ ⠀ Seriously though.. pro tip:⠀ ⠀ ✖️Buy a big bag of kale at Costco⠀ ✖️Throw it on a sheet pan and preheat oven to 400⠀ ✖️Drizzle olive oil and some seasoning on top ⠀ ✖️Bake until extra crispy ⠀ ⠀ So easy and so good. ⠀ ⠀ I thrive off routine and boy am I missing these meal prepped lunches. ⠀ ⠀ SO. Food is NOT the enemy. Yes, some individuals may not be able to eat certain foods due to medical reasons. However, the general population should not worry about what they are eating ALL the time . The body depends on these nutrients to fuel our everyday activities, including sleeping. Our bodies thrive when given the proper nutrition. If you are trying to lose weight, food isn't the issue. We want to look at how much is being eaten, what your activity level is, and what your perception of food is. Stressing over the foods you think you "can" and "can't" eat gives a negative relationship with food and can be mentally draining.
