FMP - So Far

For the past few days I have been making pages for my FMP and then putting them into the FMP, as I already had one made so that it was easier to see all my research so far whilst I was experimenting. I updated my FMP and now I only have a few more final pieces to add as well as experiments.

This is the geometric shape that I have made and coloured in using grey tones with white. I added red eyes so that it can contrast against the colours of the planet and even the glitch in the other photos. I added the star that gleams from the eye because it adds a retro kind of look to the work.

This is a trace over a photo that I had taken of my dog so that I can use it for primary imagery for wolves, I connected parts of stars that I had put into the tracing so that it made a constellation but it isn’t finished yet, I will probably have to change the sizes of the stars so it looks more realistic.

This is a yet to be finished final piece I used the pictures that I took of liquid latex and my dog; I altered the pictures of the liquid latex to suit certain parts of the image, I then put a under-layer to add a glow to the liquid latex. I then traced around my dog in which I will put in as a star constellation.

This is a logo that I have created so that I can put it on my work as a part of my final piece, I decided to make a logo because every game has a logo or an iconic character in the games. So I decided to make a logo.I created experiments of marble ink in water and then put paper on top. After that I scanned it into photoshop and saved it then merged, altered and cut off certain parts so that it formed this image. I then took a picture of dogs and zoomed into the fur types so that I had stuff to work on for wolves because I couldn’t get a picture of wolves. I ended up tracing around the wolf in illustrator and then took it into photoshop and altered certain parts, I did follow a tutorial on geometric art for help as well.

Ink Motion Capture

I want to do an experiment where I can capture ink in water flowing around planets that I would make that are connected to a piece of wood so that they stay hovering in the water, I will link the video that I found the other day that has given me inspiration for this experiment.

These are the glitchy experiments that I had made after altering the wolf, background and planet that I had made to the way I wanted, I altered the saturation and tones of certain parts of the scene.

This is an experiment where I followed a tutorial on geometric art in the shape of a wolf head, I added some detail the wolf that I made but left certain parts out so that I hadn’t copied the tutorial from start to finish, I then altered certain parts and cut away other parts of the wolf head, later on I added glitchy textures that I had made to make certain effects happen.

This is experiments that I have created with a final piece that I have made, I experimented with the planets I made and then the secondary imagery that I have taken, I have to alter the saturation and vibrance of the wolf in the pictures.

Experiment 1 - Cave

This is a experiment that I have made by using secondary imagery and textures that I have taken myself, I decided to draw a cave and then explore my artistic ways.
