My Casey Jones costume for Phoenix Comicon 2014!  The shoulder and shin armor is custom made from foam coated with Smooth-Cast and painted.  I’ll be posting more pics with the custom hockey sticks I had to make to suit the Con’s weapons policy, as well as some close-ups of the mask and face paint! X)
