Bucky climbed out of the helicopter and dropped to the forest floor. At the center of a clearing was a large crater that had been created by an object falling to Earth. S.H.I.E.L.D. believed it to be Gungnir, Odin’s personal weapon before his death. Orion was here to confirm that. Bucky had been paid to protect the researcher as he was brought out here. 

“I don’t do well with magic,” Bucky says to the other man as the walk down into the crater. As they get closer to the spear, he could already see odd markings on the metal. From his time with Thor he could tell it was Asgardian. Maybe it truly was the weapon of Odin.

Orion was asked to confirm it's identity. it's not the professor's first time S.H.I.E.L.D. tasked him with this kind of assignments. the first time they did Orion refused and that ended with him getting kidnap, Furry wasn't joking when he said he'll meet him again. this time Furry asked him and Orion agreed, albeit reluctantly.

Orion was last to hoped out of the helicopter with his black suitcase and followed the others to the testing site. one of the people accompanying him who he knows is Agent Barnes. they said he worked with the Avengers, if he's an actual Avenger he doesn't know. what he knew was he was tasked to escort and protect him during this mission. by the looks of his stoic figure and well–the metallic arm he can be assured he'll do his job well. but it also made him curious, as well as sadden by it. the man seems he went trough Hell and back, Orion couldn't help feel the harsh reality he had to face. The professor–out of habit–went off to his own thoughts like this. he shook his head to focus on the current situation.

Agent Barnes' comment made the man let out a chuckle, "I'm not good with them as well, makes me feel dizzy. but it's not every day to see things from myths." he had replied with a slight smile to seem polite. the arrived at the testing site, a giant clear tent to prevent the equipment being damaged if it rains. in the middle stand Gungnir, the golden metallic tip pierced deep into the earth. he grey eyes lit up at the sight of the magnificent artifact. gold-like color with 4 tips coming from each side and a broad tip at the center of it, adorned with what he could concur are runes, beautifully carved. he had to stop himself from touching it with his bare hand. he cleared his throat to snap back from it's alluring appearance. "have you ever seen a Nordic artifact, Mr Barnes? I've heard you've worked with the Avengers and if i recall correctly Thor was in it as well, yes?" he asked Bucky out of curiosity as he dropped his suitcase to the ground and crouched down to prepare his own equipment.
