so you may have noticed i’ve been way less active over here! for some reason my brain sucks and switching logs is kind of a mental switch that my brain does not like performing! so i’m shipping sophia over to my multimuse, caimkairos, where i’m a lot more active! she’s already up there and has her page updated so that it now properly reflects her fate verse, as it’s the one that has slowly but surely become her main!

Sophia, however, has to face the facts. She looks like a cosplay of ‘amanita muscaria’, a fucking toadstool. Her hat has fallen off in shock.

A pause, and then, with a loud whoop, not even missing a beat-

“So are you gonna show me how to do those cool action movie scenes or not, old man?!” Yep. That’s what was just asked. Truly, every strategic, amoral mastermind also has a hidden geek side. Or, a hidden, not quite as morally challenged geek side. “I wanna poison my enemies without them noticing in a really cool way for once! Or like, how to look cool as I kill people! How to have a cool story to tell like the movies my little sister likes!” Maybe scratch out the 'not morally challenged’ part. Sophia, your little sister thinks Die Hard is a Lifetime Chritsmas movie! “Or jump off a big building onto a horse without like, breaking my legs!” That’s exactly what you tell your sister We’ve been subtle, I wanna learn how to do something super dramatic and extra and cool looking!”

“C’mon, you’ve proven how cool you are already!” Now she’s buttering him up! Shamelessly so! “We can practice to Ride of the Valkyries or something!”

     Head tilted to the other side as the Berserker looked down and studied the features of the mage before him. Then, he just blinked. “You’re right. You’re not particularly subtle. You always look like you’re having too much fun with this anyway.” And that was coming from Conall Cernach, a man unable to perceive or empathize with another’s emotions.

     But he wasn’t going to deny the mage’s cunning. While perfectly aware that she was just saying all she said simply to be well-liked by him, he didn’t care one bit. Still, the one thing he couldn’t comprehend was why she was determined to make him write poetry? What was there to earn besides a good laugh at his poor writing’s expenses.

     “Alright, so you’re going to hand me a pencil and paper or you’re gonna try me to do some sort of training or whatever? Up to you, teach.”  It didn’t matter how long this endeavor took. Eventually, the mage would grow tired and leave him be ( hopefully ).

“Who said I needed to be subtle?” What? She might as well be honest! Probably owed it to the guy, after she’s been bullying him. “You wouldn’t appreciate that sort of thing, right? So why would I bother being super subtle if it wouldn’t do many any good? C’mon, I’ll be the first to admit I’ve got the energy of a hibernating bear! I’ll do the most efficient things to be liked.” Or, tolerated, at least. Her hair is tucked behind her ear- which those side strands hiding it by framing it with fluffy blonde, there’s a sharper angle to her face.

Still, she’ll walk over to a desk and pull out some paper and pens, handing half over to Conall and half kept to herself. Sitting down on one end of the desk, she cracks her knuckles and... just stares.

“Well, write.” She waves a hand, shrugging, before going to her own paper and starting to scribble something down. “Don’t try to fuss it up or even make stanzas yet. Just write what comes to mind when you think of your wife. Even the small things. When it stops coming naturally, read me whatcha wrote...” A pause, her pen resting below her chin, before a smirk. “Mmhm, but do keep calling me teach though, that’s fun!”

“I have not! I have a list of supplies I’ll need, so we can... ah, but you mean ‘downtime’ as in, not working.” Huh. Trying to not think of supplies she needs for missions is... difficult. Very difficult. “...well, I’d say it was something fun, but... I’ve been needing a new sweater. My current one is way too thick, so I keep getting too hot, but I’d like something to cover my arms, y’know?” But she has to be a bit of a pain, so she sticks her arm out like some noble lady, smile clearly trying to convey it’s a joke. “You’re kinda knightly, so you’ll show me around? Promise?”
