whether you're religious or tolerate religions or not, dianic traditions are culturally significant to feminism and will remain so as the movement progresses into whatever stage is next in the west. specifically because it's so female-centric and nature-loving which is very threatening to the judeo-christian conscious of the imperial west

I wish all current and future radical feminists a very quick escape your cult.
Don't believe their lies.
People leave the cult all the time. They just memoryhole them to keep up the lie of 'nobody stops being a radfem'.
They are NOT the majority, there is a reason you find the same faces on every site and group. Once you escape, you won't believe how big and wonderful the world is.
There is forgiveness and healing for you.
Being afraid of doing or saying the wrong thing is NOT normal or feminism!
You won't be alone if you leave. There are plenty of people out here willing to embrace you, even as you're going through your healing pains as you get deprogrammed.
You cannot power your way to being cis, regardless of what they say. You can't divine goddess weird forest female only ritual your way out of dysphoria, and looking back, it will honestly just be weird and embarassing lol
I know most of the deep in the sauce radfems will ignore/mock this, but those of you who want out and are afraid of being alone or hated because of your past, it is a lie. Don't be afraid to jump for freedom. My messenger/inbox is always open if you need a helping hand.

Isn't it ironic that in a society where loneliness is rising, it’s also harder to spend time in pure solitude? We’re spending more time by ourselves, but we’re not really spending it with ourselves. The next distraction is always a mouse click or a swipe away.

gd i get so fucking angry when i see crying about "boys are doing worse in school :(" being pulled up to look like a huge problem. you're not upset about boys doing 'badly' - you're upset about girls doing well. blaming it on the school system is so funny because tell me how the school system is suddenly modelled after the girls when we weren't even allowed in when the basis of the current system was being created lmao.
the difference between average grade by sex is about the same as the regional/geographic difference and it's less than the difference sorted by race/ethnicity (not even to mention the socioeconomic differences), yet these aren't the differences creating headlines every year. why?
because you find girls doing well wrong, like it's upsetting the natural order. you're hanging on to this idea that girls are stupid, yet when you're proved wrong you refuse to accept it, hanging on to an excuse of systematic differences that have to be solved now, because won't somebody please think of the poor boys :(
so we're looking at averages. here's the thing: those are never going to level out. we're always going to see one group being above/below others. you're just upset it's not in the "right" order.
the difference is smaller than you'd think, by the way. when i was in high school (non-us system, meaning voluntary/different kinds of secondary) we were 70 percent women. you know what else? the girls, in general, were working fucking hard. every single grade point they fucking earned. there's this story of girls' grades being inflated due to this and that, but all i've seen is boys getting grades for doing less - because they're outnumbered, the poor things, so it's obviously the teacher's job to support them, right? right??
even in trade school where we were a handful of girls per year, i saw nothing but the girls putting in their all and the boys showing up. sometimes. if they felt like it.
but it's a systemic problem, right? how else would girls be doing well? we've got to solve this, lest the boys get their egoes wounded by not placing in their 'natural' position. gd forbid we end up with an overweight of women professionals.

They don't like how we look either, otherwise beauty standarts would have never been so strict. Not to mention damaging to women's bodies. They can't be actively attracted to women without fetishism - male sexuality is passive (albeit violent) after all 🤷‍♀️

Let’s talk about everybody’s favourite socialisation scapegoat: mothers. People often confuse the idea that mothers do most of the childcare with ‘mothers do most of the socialisation’, which isn’t true, at least not in the way most people think it is.
Many mothers consciously reinforce patriarchal ideals, but this is not the only way that we learn patriarchy. We observe and internalise our mother’s place in the world, how men treat her, what work she has to take on and what she doesn’t, we learn what to expect from our mothers vs our fathers and match up what we know of them to society and vice versa. Pretty much all of us will realise our mother doesn’t hold the most power and we will also be conditioned to expect more from her ourselves (the classic example is the father hurts the child and the child is angrier with the mother for not protecting them)
So even if a mother is a passionate feminist or even just a non-feminist who firmly believes in men respecting women, this doesn’t necessarily socialise her children to respect women. Her children will recognise her lack of power instead. This is why it is not true that if mothers just did a better job in our society patriarchy would be over, the very role that mothers occupy in patriarchy mean a lot of the socialisation is done already by the structure.

Girls were doing better since forever 😂 https://time.com/81355/girls-beat-boys-in-every-subject-and-they-have-for-a-century/ even in patriarchal 3rd world shitholes it's still the case (even despite the fact that boys are given much more attention - even nowadays it is the case). How tf in patriarchal society where men are considered more competent and are prefered at every level of professional achievement, schools (and unis 😂) become an exception? Male ego is ridiculous.
Saw a few posts about ppl complaining that school is now rigged in favor of girls, and that's why they succeed more than boys.
I don't understand how this is news. Already when I was a little girl, two decades ago, it was a given than girls did better. And no one thought this was sexist. No one brought it up. It was normal. The implicit sentiment was that it was just "boys being boys", aka prefering physical activities to mental ones.
As a kid, I hated that my mother had lower expectations for my brother because "he's a boy!". It was a weird sort of progressive sexism, where boys can’t possibly be expected to be on the same level as girls in terms of studies.

“Humans are inherently selfish--" Then why do so many cultures value hospitality, to the point of dictating it in their religions? Why is it so common for hosts to offer their visitors their best food, and as much of it as they can? At some point, multiple cultures decided that they knew what it felt like to be alone and vulnerable, and promised each other to never let those who stay with them feel that way. That doesn't sound very "inherently selfish" to me.

The three most basic changes of the vulva when women reach sexual maturity
Abundance of pubic hair
Longer inner labia
Darkening / pigmentation of labia
all happen to be the exact, specific things that men single out as “unappealing” traits for a vulva.
