This is the longest comic I’ve ever done outside of my chaptered comics. I was just overwhelmed when I realised because this was a high school anime AU setting, I could actually go into Lilith and Peter’s childhood “friends” storyline...

Speaking of “characters based on myself”.... these are all the ones I can remember that weren’t just like drawings. Like these are all either genuine concepts or have entire stories about them. The Star Prince is the earliest and I kinda miss him.... maybe I will bring him back, but for what?
#i think i put them in chronological order of creation.. but echo was originally just danny and actually comes from a fictionalized biography#my art#noise#gonna go on a rant in the tags about all these characters now#the star prince was from when i was like 'damn i wish i could get abducted by aliens' I GUESS?? i wanted to be a prince i can say that much#echo collects snow globes and wants to travel to a very cold place.. that's literally the plot of his story#the merchant's story is basically just about online friendships and how you can't always be there for people and you can't know when#they're suffering so even when all you want is to help... you can't. the story is meant to have elements of hope and hopelessness...#death is just death. they usually wear a hooded robe but anahera said 'you should wear stylish clothes' and that's the only reason#melvin sucks. he's a horrible person. although to be fair i created him because i wanted to express all the negative feelings i have#about sexuality and like... punish myself for it which is why he's a villain and literally gets beaten to a pulp by another character
