"Gregory," Bonnet repeated. She would have offered to shake his hand if it wasn't because he looked like he would take of running if she attempted to touch him, so she retreated her hand as soon as he took the camera back. "Nice to meet you!"
She was excited to finally meet a child. But Bonnet did her best to keep that excitement to a minimum, at least until she knew what was going on and how she could help him, because something didn't seem right here– aside from the fact he was alone here after closing hours, when no child should be on the facility. Then he said the exists closed and was clearly scared of whoever the security guard here was.
This all felt way too familiar in a way Bonnet didn't like. But the boy needed comfort, not more reasons to be afraid.
"Okay, easy. Try to breathe," Bonnet told him, imitating the motions even if she couldn't and had no need for breathing to show a deep inhale and exhale. "If you let me, I could try and help you stay away from whoever it is you're scared of. It doesn't feel right to leave you if there's someone who might be trying to hurt you."
abonndonment * bonnet.
He’s so little and so scared. Bonnet can’t help but feel concern and pity for this child in front of her, who could have possibly scared him this much? What was he doing this late at the pizzeria? She let go when he pulled away, watching him step back, shaking, dropping some sort of camera– a fazcam, she’d seen an advertisement for one of those. He sort of reminded her of Michael, one of the children she’d once been in charge of, but that was a long time ago, it’d been literal decades since she’d seen that boy, now surely a man, and this one was just too small. Concerningly so. His voice didn’t quite fit his size.
Bonnet held her hands up and slowly gave a step forward, but she didn’t reach for the child. Instead, she knelt down and grabbed the camera he’d just dropped.
“I’m Bonnet,” she introduced herself, offering the fazcam back. “You can tell me if something is wrong, I am not just here to entertain, my job’s also to help!” Bonnet looked behind the boy, wanting to see if perhaps he’d snuck in with friends, but found nobody. Her green gaze focused back on the boy. “Are you in trouble?” she asked, a bit more serious.
HE takes a moment to try & recollect his frayed nerves. he shouldn’t trust this OTHER animatronic so easily. yet she held the same kind of gentleness that he’d often hear when freddy spoke —– so was he just being RUDE to someone something who obviously just wanted to help him ? gregory doesn’t even know the kind of trouble that bonnet seems to be referring to. he IS in trouble, but if he admits that —– then she might mistake as him being in trouble with his parents & return him to the security guard then start shifting her goal to be like the others.
he remains MUTE, not quite knowing what to say while he fidgets with his shirt. he should introduce himself. it’s easier to tell a HOSTILE animatronic from a friendly one, & this one definitely didn’t seem like someone who would want him dead. help. maybe he’ll try to speak. sparsely though. he wants to gouge if her intentions are truly as simple as that. he grabs the fazcam back, holding it close to him for dear life.
“ gregory. i’m- .. m-my- ” he clears his throat. “ my name is gregory. ” he doesn’t know if he’s making the RIGHT decision or not, but the idea of another helping hand is much more comfortable than being on his own in this damn place without freddy. “ i was going to leave but the exits CLOSED before i could leave & the security guard —– she- i don’t- ” nothing about his words are coherent. he’s scared.

Bonnie's metallic features twisted into a look of confusion. He didn't know this other animatronic, he wasn't even completely sure this was a new animatronic, because if it was, then the people in charge were going for a "terrify and severely traumatize the children" approach opposite to the usual "entertain the children" approach.
Curiosity and confusion was replaced by the urge of self preservation, whether it came from instinct or his programming, it didn't much matter now. It pushed him to turn and flee before the other animatronic could reach him.
Something told Bonnie things would not end up well for him if this monster caught him.
He'd never met an animatronic this aggressive. Yes, Monty had his moments sometimes, but never against other animatronics; only times he'd ever had to run from the others was when Roxanne raced him around the Pizzaplex. But that was for fun, and this– this was the complete opposite. Bonnie was at a disadvantage, not having known these specific halls as he did other areas of the facility, he took turns he could have swore he hadn't turned to get here, but that didn't matter, what mattered was to get away from him.
A map bot almost got in his way, and Bonnie pushed it back into the room it'd walked out of, mindful to snatch one of the maps from the bot and scan it as he moved. He was close to parts and services, if he got there, he'd be able to get to the elevator that led into his room, he'd be safe there!
He just had to get there.
abonndonment:
Bonnie was no stranger to emotions, it’d been very early in his and the others’ time in service that they’d developed them without really realizing exactly when. They all felt things, different and unique from each other. Right now, his determination to get answers was turning into fear that made his limbs feel stiff and his casing feel too tight around his chest area.
Because this wasn’t what he’d expected to find.
The thing —because he wasn’t sure what else to call them— spoke as if they knew him, as if Bonnie had done something really bad to them. But the purple rabbit had no idea who this was, or what their anger towards him could be caused by. He’d never seen them before.
Whoever they were, they weren’t friendly. Bonnie gave a step back, one ear pointing behind himself in an attempt to hear anything that might come to him from that direction, the other focused on this stranger.
“Who are you?” Bonnie asked, because as much as emotions could lead an animatronic’s actions, so did directives, and he was well aware of the fact nobody was supposed to be here this late aside from the security guard and his fellow animatronics.
There was also a part of him that felt confident enough of his speed to stay put long enough to perhaps get an answer. He’d raced Roxy around the complex before, it was just a matter of being faster and knowing the place better than the other.
Beneath a pseudo-mechanical face, the beast’s features twisted slightly into a confusion of his own. Though, because of the undead canid mask that covered his face, this change of expression was obstructed entirely. Half Moon, hunched over to the point his claws could reach the ground, gritted his mask’s teeth by clenching his jaw. His ears pinned back, “You know who I am,” he continued with a bellowing snarl, “I know who you are.”
As he moved forward, his long claws scraped against the tile floor. His eyes struggled to adjust to his surroundings, though he could easily make out the silhouette of the rabbit. His voice may have been estranged, but he knew that it was him. It had to be him. He was always changing, but he never left the rabbit suit.
Because Half Moon was not entirely animatronic, having a grotesque, large figure that was a mess of technical parts merged with fur and flesh, he was capable of more fluid movement. The torn lips of his mask just barely pulled back to bear his fangs, “I know it is you. I know it is you..” His voice turned into a hoarse whisper as he slowly pulled himself to his full height.
He moved closer. And closer. A clawed hand reached out as he lumbered forward.
“You cannot hide from me any longer.”

Bonnie watched the way Freddy looked down at and spoke to the boy. He could tell that his friend was attached, more so than he'd ever seen him with any of the dozens of children they entertained each day; Bonnie was tempted to ask how come the kid was trapped here this late, but after everything he'd been through, he knew for a fact that it was probably related to that human in the rabbit suit. He couldn't imagine what the boy must have been through if he'd had to deal with her too.
Then Freddy was scanning him and Bonnie couldn't help smile, patting the bear's shoulder.
"I'm alright," he assured, not wanting Freddy to worry any more than he probably already had. Bonnie'd also feared the worst, he thought he'd be left to rust and would never see his friends again, that they'd never find out what actually happened to him; and now here he was with Freddy, and he could tell his version, but he wasn't sure if he should in front of the boy.
Thankfully for him, it seemed that Gregory had spent too much time around them, because he ran off saying something about needing a card upgrade.
"I just remember I was heading to Monty's golf and then Foxy was there, but there was something wrong with him," Bonnie explained. "He attacked me, we both ended up pretty bad. I couldn't move, then there was a rabbit lady, my battery died and when I woke up I was in the warehouse. That place is like a maze."
abonndonment:
Bonnie wasn’t sure how long it had been since the accident —even though he knew it was no accident— happened. Time’d passed by while he waited for something to happen, surrounded by other endos, stripped of his casing by that woman. Then, the boy had appeared out of nowhere, and Bonnie knew that was his chance to get out of there, to find his friends again.
The boy was brave, braver than many adults he’d met, as he found the missing casing parts and put Bonnie back together, returning him to his old glory. The child, Gregory, had been wary, but it’d taken sharing some things that only the real Bonnie could know for him to become quite determined in getting him out of there. Apparently, he knew Freddy, hearing the bear’s voice through a Fazwatch had been overwhelming in the best way, but Gregory’d told him to stay quiet.
He’d led Bonnie to the main plaza, telling him to stay hidden and keep a lookout before turning his attention to his Fazwatch. Bonnie listened as heavy footsteps began to resonate around, then watched as the all-too-familiar bear came into view, and it took a lot of willpower to wait for Gregory’s signal before coming out, but once Gregory moved, Bonnie didn’t hesitate.
It took his optics a moment to adjust to the light of the plaza, but once he did, the first thing he saw was the bear in front of him. He’d had hoped to find a way out of the endos area, but to actually be out, to be back with Freddy, made a system warning for overheating appear in his peripheral and his internal fans turn on.
“Hey, teddy bear,” he said, squeezing Freddy’s arm when the other reached for him. “I missed you too. Come here–” Bonnie opened his arms. “-give this old rabbit a hug.”
He didn’t wait for Freddy, pulling him in and hugging him as tight as the metal they were both made of allowed. His gaze turned down to Gregory, who looked quite proud of being the reason of this reunion.
“I found him with the endos!” the boy said. “He wasn’t in good shape, but I put him back together!”
“That he did,” Bonnie agreed, pulling back to look at Freddy. “This kid you found rocks on!”
Teddy Bear.
It’d been too long since he’d heard that nickname – as sweet as it’d been the first time around, as treasured as the memoirs he kept stowed in his room. If he’d have any tears to cry, there would be a river flowing along the floors!
Freddy wasted no time in wrapping the rabbit in his embrace; one touch to know that he was really, truly there, and he was prepared to hold on and never let go. He’d never allow Bonnie to be stripped from him by the darkness again. He was home. They were so close, it felt as if his metal were to creak; even so, it was difficult to care.
Some time passed before Freddy loosened his grip to crane his head and look at the small boy. Pride swelled in his chest.
“Yes – yes, that is Gregory! I have been helping him to leave the Pizzaplex, but… it seems that he had other plans.” Unwilling to pull apart completely, he kept a firm hand on Bonnie as he turned his body fully. His ears wiggled with a mixture of intake and excitement as he used his free hand to ruffle the hair on Gregory’s head.
“I cannot thank you enough.” His voice switched to a different tune, one higher, less soft but with every ounce of earnest retained. “What you have done for me is not something I would have imagined in a million years. You are my true friend.”
Then, another turn.
“Bonnie… What happened to you?” Blue light pervaded purple metal as Freddy scanned him. He’d been reconstructed almost perfectly, only aged with the time he’d spent away. “I had feared the worst – I had feared that I would never see you again.”

If I made an anthro verse or an 'still animatronics but with rights' verse for my muses, it would be in a world that's a mix of Transformers and Who Framed Roger Rabbit. No D3troit B3com3 Hum4n, we die like men.

Plotted starter for @bearybrand
Locked up in the small room above fazerblast, the animatronic had no concept of time. He heard noises sometimes, the muffled cheers and screams of children below, noises that meant the rabbit lady wouldn't come to continue torturing him just yet, but as soon as those sound quieter permanently, he knew she'd be back. Not tonight though, for some reason, she had yet to come see him as she usually did. It was a relief– or it would have been if he could move, she'd done something to him, tinkered with his cables in a way that made it so he couldn't move his legs or his arms, he was left sitting with his back to the wall, facing two doors that could be his escape from there. The possibility of escape, so close yet so out of reach at the same time, mocked him.
So he sat there, waiting for something to happen. The lack of memories came with an apathy that at least allowed him to keep his sanity, though he was unaware there was anything to keep.
Until something happened.
Someone was just outside the door. Bonnie could just barely see their eyes and hair, through the small window on the door, they were short, his systems told him it was a child. Bonnie stared at them, he'd been made to entertain children... right? But something was wrong, something told him this child wasn't supposed to be there.
To say this night had been a mess for the boy would be an understatement, Gregory had found many enemies and one unlikely ally since ending up trapped at the pizzaplex, and here he was now, moving thought a conveniently open vent he'd spotted in the superstar lounge after winning the fazerblast.
Gregory didn't know what he'd expected, but it definitely wasn't to find yet another animatronic. Especially not after what Freddy'd told him.
"Freddy, you told me there weren't rabbits anymore!" he spoke into the fazwatch. "He's up here, there one from the bowling alley!"

Bonnie looked up at his friend, feeling the weight of the time he'd spent away set heavy on his shoulders, as if an extra layer of casing had been placed over his own. He moved– or well, leaned forward, as quickly as he could, metal hitting metal as he wrapped his arms around Freddy's torso, forehead pressed to the crook of the bear's neck as Bonnie hugged him as tight as his arms allowed him to.
"I̴̫͂'̶̣̆m̷̬̄ ō̶͎k̴̗͋a̸͉͂ỹ̸̩ ṉ̴͒o̶̯͗ẁ̴̧," Bonnie assured, and perhaps his own voice said otherwise. Yeah, he needed some adjustments, but be would be okay, he was at least sure sure that now, and that was more than he could say before running into the boy. "T̸̤̑h̵̞̋a̸t̷̪̒ b̶͔̾o̴̙͒y̶̙̔ y̷̫͗ö̴̖́u̵͘ͅ f̴o̴̪̊u̵͍̚n̷̦̑d̸̘̀... I l̵̜̐í̶̠k̸͓̋e̶̙͂ h̴̦͒i̷̲̾ṁ̵̳."
"I haven't found the leg part of his shell yet, I think someone moved it," Gregory spoke when the exposed endo legs were brought to attention. "But he didn't want to stay down at the warehouse anymore, so I had to bring you your surprise before I was done putting him together."
"Ị̶̌ ̸̣̉d̵̰̊ọ̷̒n̶̯̈'̵̥̌ṯ̵͋ l̷̜͗i̶͕̍k̸ḙ̵̾ t̷̛̲h̷̗̓a̸̩̍t̷̖̀ p̴̪͂l̶͎͒a̵̯̓c̸̆͜e̸̱͑," Bonnie said as he half-released Freddy from his embrace, but kept an arm around him for support.
"Me neither," Gregory agreed. "The... other ones, the ones without their shells, they tried to get me, but he helped me!"
Bonnie shook his head, considering he was being given too much credit when all he'd done was step in front of the boy and the other endoskeletons, having no object permanence and no concept of attacking each other, had just walked past him as if they hadn't just watched him pull the child behind his back.
H̴̝͊ë̵̦ is̶̥̿ ̷̟̓a̴̞̕ m̸̢͂e̴͓̎n̶a̶̟͠c̴e̵͈̓ w̵͓̚i̶͈͒ẗ̸̼h̵̘͆ t̸̡̔h̸̡̉ą̷̐t̷̖̉ f̷̻̊l̶̮̕a̵̝̒s̶͇̾h̴̭̏l̷̙͗ĭ̶̺g̵̡̎ĥ̷̖t̴̤̎," Bonnie retorted. "V̸̮̄e̷̩̅r̴͈͛y̷̼͝ ü̷̡s̵̹̽e̶̔ͅf̴̜̔ù̶̜l̴̜̑ ̴d̸̻͂o̷̢̎ẇ̶͓ǹ̴͜ t̷̯̀h̴̟̅e̷̒ͅr̶̨͠e̶͚͒."
"He's really needs a new voice box," Gregory pointed with a wince because Bonnie's voice could be quite painful to listen to at times. "Where can we find one?"
Distorted text: I'm okay now | that boy you found... I like him | I don't like that place | He's a menace with that flashlight, very useful down there.
@fazbearentinc - ❛ don’t worry, i’ve got your back! ❜ -glamrock freddy @ glamrock bonnie (THEM TIME...)
He'd met the boy by chance. Just because this kid was smart, and observant– so much more than all the staff members; this boy —Gregory— he'd noticed there was something different about him, that he wasn't like the other endos, and it'd taken a bit, but it'd clicked in the boy's mind after seeing purple ears painted on an endo on a wall.
"You're Bonnie," the boy'd whispered, and he'd never felt such relief before. He lacked the features and voice box to show it, but he was so happy to be recognized, especially with the way he looked now.
After that, time was a blur, the boy'd slowly began putting him back together. Finding his parts scattered around, his head first, then his torso, the casing for his hands and arms; it was only his legs missing now, the main obstacle to overcome, that and a glitchy voice box that made it hard to speak to Gregory. He could sort of move without the casing for his legs, but his steps were slow, metallic joints shaking, threatening to give in with each step as he leaned onto the nearest wall for support. Gregory was faster, walking ahead and rounding a corner, talking to someone.
"Don't worry, I've got your back!" the voice came like a kick to the gut. No matter how long he'd spent away, there wasn't a single doubt in Bonnie's mind who it belonged to.
"F̸̤͛-Fȑ̸͉è̴̠d̵̗͗d̵̗̉ỷ̴̥?̷̫̂" Bonnie spoke, distorted yet hopeful. "I̶̭͂s̷̳̿ ̷͇̔t̵h̷͙͐a̸̤̐t̷̼̑ ̵̩̿ý̸̫ơ̸̦ȗ̴̞?̸̛̭"
