Biography
He co-founded the KMT group of companies in 1991. He is the co-owner and Chairman of the Board of Directors of LLC "ALS Terminal" (Moscow). He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors for VIOIL Holding S.A., since June 24, 2011 and Director since March 30, 2011. He obtained a degree in Automatic Control Systems from Vinnytsia State Technical University in 1979 and a Ph.D. in Automatic Control Systems from Moscow State Technical University N.E.
