THE FABLE OF THE SEVEN SISTERS
The northeastern states comprising Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland and Tripura are the Seven Sister States OF India.Since they are interdependent on one another, the Northeastern States are also known as the Seven Sister States. All these states are linked through the Siliguri Corridor to India. Therefore, it is the only way the Seven Sister States can be achieved.
