Okay so I didn’t totally 100% hit it like I planned

But!

What I did do, is I sent a vent to the groupchat that said “I love both of you so much...  <3 I do care about u guys so much...” and we talked more after and they told me that they care about me and I can talk to them. So maybe that helped
