i am trying to type this as best as i can. i’m a little unstable because i’m getting hit with every fucking thing at once and i don’t know what to do.

i lost my job throughout the bullshit that happened with the withholding of checks. my landlord is claiming that march’s rent never got paid and when i tried to explain to him that it did, he’s claiming that the money we sent for march was actually for february since february never got paid. which is a huge fucking issues because we DEFINITELY DID pay february & now i’m concerned that my roommate never sent in our portion of payments. which means 1. he probably stole our money & 2. i now have to come up with $475 extra dollars that i DO NOT fucking have.

on top of that, i was selling my hamilton tickets because i couldn’t go to the dates that i had and the theatre isn’t letting us change said dates unfortunately. so i figured i’d sell the pair i had and use that toward rent and everything else that is necessary. i just got a fucking email saying my order was cancelled because it never got sent, even though it did. i apparently made the mistake of putting the tickets into a USPS mailbox and not a UPS mailbox. but i did ‘send’ the tickets before the buyer cancelled them literally this morning so i thought i wouldn’t have to cover anything since it ‘wasn’t my fault’. nope. just got off the phone with stubhub and i still have to pay the $316 late fee that goes with that. ON TOP OF THAT, i don’t even have my tickets back yet so i’m a sitting duck that needs to come up with $791 dollars plus if i don’t recover my tickets, that’s another $711 that i just fucking lost. my landlord is threatening legal action, which means either a collections agency, eviction, or both.

i’m already negative in my bank account and i…. i can’t handle this, guys. i’m tired of fighting and failing. i’m tired of fucking shit up and i’m tired of having to ask for anything but please… please help. my family is shit and can’t do a damn thing. i have no food, no gas money, nothing for basic shit in my fucked up life. my boyfriend has his own problems to worry about but he is affected by this and it hurts me that i’m putting him in a situation like this. my roommate is about to get his everlasting ass beat. i’m just hopeless. i don’t know where i’m gonna get over $1000 dollars from. i just don’t.

this is making me sick even by writing it. it hurts to ask again but i have to try anyway.

if anyone follows me on @absrbs, you know that there was an issue with money revolving a mistake that my roommate made & it almost caused a lot of issues. he screwed up with the money that myself & my boyfriend (who is my third roommate) gave him and it got lost. we had to come up with more money to make sure that our rent was handled, but it caused some other issues.

those were settled, with the help of a lot of folk on here, we thought all was fine. until my landlord just emailed us & gave us this ultimatum. my boyfriend & i have no fucking clue what’s going on and it’s pissing us off because this is the second issue within a month… and, on top of that, apparently this isn’t my roommates first lapse when it comes to rent payment.

i don’t get paid until next thursday, my boyfriend gets paid next wednesday & the fuck up doesn’t get paid until next friday, which makes it ten times worse because this is his fucking fault. my boyfriend has $175, my roommate has $200, and i only had $100. my mom gave me $150 and that was a crunch for her. that’s, unfortunately, only $625 out of the $1200 needed. my roommate is scrambling to fix his shit and my boyfriend is trying to see what he can do. but i have no one else to ask and i can’t believe this bullshit is happening again.

i can only ask & see if anyone could help out. i’m ready to move out because this is ridiculous. i’m tired of the chaos in my life. when i think things are okay, shit like this happens. i shouldn’t be twenty-six fucking years old & struggling like this, especially when it’s not my damn fault. i’m sorry… i’m just stressed. i can make icons, i can make graphics as best as i can, i can sing, i can do whatever. i just would really appreciate some assistance, if you find it within your heart to do so. you don’t know how much it would mean to me. if you can’t, a simple reblog will mean more than you could possibly imagine. i just… yeah.

within the world of INFAMOUS exist those have been given access to supernatural means because of a rare mutation. those who can have been diagnosed to have a gene within their anatomy, located in their torso, near the spinal cord. it is yellow-ish in color and only can be seen by a select few. 

the gene, having been dubbed as ‘the conduit gene’, is typically dormant at birth and doesn’t become active until later in life ; mostly because of stressful situations or, sometimes, at random. when activated, the gene triggers a psychological reaction within the subject’s brain, allowing them certain abilities, dependent on who the person is. the power selection process is currently unknown as no one can understand or find out why or how a subject gains an affinity to a certain power set.

what is known, however, is that no conduit can access a different ability than they already have, unless by unnatural means or just being an abnormal case. see: delsin rowe below. typically, conduits will have access to their affinity & things surrounding such. 

i.e. abigail walker & her element of neon, allowing her not only to access & create light constructs but also run at the speed of light.

delsin rowe truly is a special case as he is the first conduit to not have a certain affinity / element. his affinity is other conduits. though he is a PRIME CONDUIT ( one who was born with the conduit gene ), his activation did not trigger an affinity to one element. it was discovered that he was a conduit who could absorb the abilities of other prime conduits, allowing him access to their element / power sets. it is currently unknown as to how many different abilities delsin can potentially learn. what is known, however, is that he can only access one at a time, depending on what element is currently absorbed.
