BF5 texting styles headcanon

Vert: despite being the leader, Vert never answers his texts, and his teammates have learned to Comm him instead. He’s still getting used to the need to carry his phone with him now that he has close friends in Handler Corners and he literally only used to have a landline for the garage’s business. It drives Agura insane

Agura: has read receipts on and is either in a battle zone or dead if she doesn’t reply in five minutes

Zoom: only texts in lowercase letters

Stanford: intentionally waits at least one hour before replying to texts because he thinks it makes him seem cool and unavailable. this drives his teammates absolutely crazy

Sherman: responds to you within the hour and still uses :) instead of emojis

Spinner: replies instantly with five texts or doesn’t reply for three days; there is no in between

AJ: takes hours to text back but uses 10+ emojis and exclamation points in every text

Tezz: doesn’t give his teammates his phone number
