i love children so much. i know that there r people who are veryyyy averse to children, & there r many reasons why they would feel that way.. but i think there is benefit to making a conscious effort to have more compassion. & patience. even something as simple as taking a child’s order: they are practicing fundamental skills, they are learning social rules, and they are absorbing their environment. your brief interaction may have an impact. i want every kid to feel confident & capable & safe.
