Today at my school we had an assembly about internet predators and when I had said that most of my true friends are over the internet and they gave me a lecture about how “I don’t know who I’m talking to” blah blah. So please, if you aren’t a predator in any way, please reblog so i can prove a point.

Stop - posting discourse tagged with every single ship tag just so your discourse can be seen because even if you think no one should ever disagree with you it could still be harmful ESPECIALLY if you don't also tag with actual warnings for the content and for discourse - challenge.
You might think you're fighting the good fight but some of us have conflict trauma and if you don't tag it I can't block it.
Once again I'm back to this simple tip:
> DON'T tag it with what it isn't (primarily for ships or characters)
> DO tag it with what it is (triggers, general content, correct characters or ships, use #fandom discourse and #discourse for callouts and conflict posts even if you think you're in the right infallibly)

How do you protect yourself from being stalked online by your parents?
I often get messages from teens living with their abusive parents telling me about how terrifying it is for them to even look at my blog in case their parent finds out. I was a teenager before social networking on the internet. Honestly, when I was a teenager there was barely an internet yet. So, I don’t know how people protect themselves but I feel like probably there are ways. If you know please do share! A lot of people would find it helpful.
