<p>This is our house on google maps. Yep we have trees, sooooo many of them. </p> <p>We live on a tricky block, it’s very wide… in fact 44m wide, but not very deep 12m. So as you can imagine it comes with its challenges!<br /> Talking to most project builders they either don’t believe us that our property is like this or they freak out and say no, we couldn’t build on this. 🙄</p> <p>We do have a few big pluses on our property though.<br /> - we have a double street frontage.<br /> - we have an oval right behind us<br /> - we have a huge strip of council land in front of our house that can’t be built on. Which is like having another block of land in our front yard<br /> - we live in a lovely quiet street filled with kids and great neighbours
