I love this picture.  It’s getting chillier at night so......out come the sweaters.  haha.   And blankets.  Right now our favorite thing to do is walk our dog in the twilight with jackets on.  Enjoying our beautiful neighborhood, sunsets, fireplaces burning logs, dinners cooking, families talking and enjoying each other.  Then we come back in for a nice glass of wine with a fantastic dinner.  Out come the blankets and movies (amongst other fun things to do.)  Then sweet sleep.  Spooning, forehead kissing........pure love.

This is a great post.  A reminder that you can heal.  They say that change is horrific when it happens, messy in the middle, and then......suddenly something so amazing blossoms.......if you let it.  It feels so long ago that this happened but the fantastic love that followed is so incredibly fresh I can’t even imagine another life.  I just dropped him off at the airport.  I watched the plane take off.  Nothing is better than having a lover who absolutely cannot breath without you in their life.  I know I wouldn’t be able to breath if he were gone for good.  He is only gone for five days.  He is the most honest, trustworthy, gorgeous human being I know.  Happy girl!!!  Happy life!!!!

Lately, people have been asking me my fitness secrets.  As we get older supposedly our metabolism slows down, making maintaining weight difficult.  You know what I say to that?  Bullshit.  It is simple math no matter what age.  Calories in.......calories out.  Eat clean, exercise every single day, love yourself and your body.  You only get one.  All the alcohol, fast food, sweets, potato chips in the world will never take the place of a sexy, firm, toned, healthy body.  Love yourself enough to give yourself the gift of a gorgeous body. It takes massive amounts of discipine........but when your man looks at you like he can’t breathe.........it’s all worth the effort. :)

Look at my gorgeous Chicken Cacciatore.    I love cooking slow cooker meals on Sundays during the fall.  Football has been all day, This is a super low fat, high protein, healthy carb recipe.   went running on the beach, worked out in our gym, then laid out by the pool in the incredibly beautiful sunshine.  All while my dinner was slow cooking.  Now I am steaming rice to accompany this dish.  I cook with love for everyone amazing in my life.  Soon we will settle down for an early dinner and Game of Thrones.  We are starting all over again with Season One.  That show is so good it is worth rewatching.  I think as soon as we get through all 70 episodes, the final season will be ready.  haha.  Happy Sunday everyone.

In my life coaching business, I often hear of messy relationships or situations dragging my clients down.  For some reason, my clients feel they need certain things or people in their lives in order to become successful.  Are you holding on to someone or something that is no longer serving you?  Do you feel as though you need the feather to fly?  In the story of Dumbo, he truly believed the magic feather allowed him to fly and escape the creepy clowns, when in fact it wasn’t the feather at all.  It was his own ability to soar over the Big Top.  Are you holding onto a feather?  Do you think you cannot succeed without certain people, places, or things in your life?  In truth, we actually do not need anything other than our own abilities.  Yes, sometimes certain people encourage our success and offer unconditional support and that is a good thing.  In fact, it is a great thing.  I am very grateful for all of my friends and family who stand by me no matter what.  But if a relationship is draining, toxic, or messy……..dump that baggage and fly on your own.  Dare to imagine a successful life without clinging to the feather.
