This is an astronaut I crocheted from the pattern found in the Ricorumi Space pattern book. I named him Michael Collins after the third astronaut on Apollo 11.

Here is an octopus I crocheted (his name is Colonel Mustard, in case you were wondering) based on a pattern I found below:
I enlarged my octopus by using chunky yarn and embellished it using some googly eyes I had lying around. I'm very pleased with how it turned out!
